Coal River Farm Fremantle — Local services in Fremantle

Visited Fremantle from Melbourne and I wanted to get something nice and local from Fremantle, to give to someone special- the chocolate was a great idea.. I bought 3x coffee beans chocolate to give to 3 people who helped me to make this trip. I asked three bags to put them separately. The lady at the counter seemed to be annoyed and said “I normally need to charge for the extra bags, but it’s ok for today” I was like… really? The paper bag is nothing special brown paper bag with their stamp on it, probably costing 10c each.. i spent approx $60 there and is it really necessary to make customer uncomfortable and appreciate free 10c paper bag?? Chocolate is good but not happy with the customer service there....

Poor service & refusal to make at chocolate take away 30mins before closing time. Walked in at 4.27pm to get a hot chocolate take away. I have been told by the staff member that he wouldn’t be able to organise my order as he needed to leave work on time ( there was few customers sitting and waiting for their orders). Closing time was 33mins later. I work locally ( across the road) and for sure I will not recommend the place to anyone or even will ever purchase anything from this place ! Terrible business...

These chocolates deserve more than a 5 star rating.Been purchasing from Coal river ever since they opened.This is the place if you need a gift, birthday, family, friends, work, partners, xmas, thank you's etc and yes I have brought for every occasion:):) Large range of products and all super delish 😋 ...Reminds me of my travels around Tassie such a lovely place. Oh just tried the mixed berry...
