We have been to this place many times and always had a good experience until yesterday(26/12/24). The girl at the counter ruined it all for us. Firstly, no greeting or even a smile. We got the table, and as soon as I went to place the order, she refused to take our order and said "You order from your table". We had to spend another 10mins to order through the online barcode as it is complex and has everything written in Chinese. While we are waiting for our food, my wife who is 8 months pregnant, politely ask the same waitress if we could get some water to which she said "You can go take it from the fridge" and pointed where the glasses are kept. Didn't have half the items on the menu that we ordered. The waiter came back twice to tell us they didn't have the ingredients. I nearly got up and left but I didn't, I wish I did. I had beef stir fry in Mongolian sauce and the beef was chewy the vegetables were not fresh and the stream rice was gluggy. My partner ordered combination seafood, but the waiter came back and said there was no seafood, then she ordered prawn stir fry and the waiter came back and said no prawns so she ordered beef and garlic sauce but there was not much beef and too much cauliflower and way too much onion. Horrendous food and RACIST waitress. Squid and gluten were sickeningly sweet, and the foil potato was burnt, soaked in cumin and was both dry and soggy for some reason. Presentation wise, it is nothing like the pictures you see on the menu, portions are very tiny. The waitress there kept speaking Chinese to us even though we only ever spoke to her in English. It was extremely rude, and we couldn't communicate with her whatsoever when we realized our order of pork belly was missing.
