Delicious food - we had beef pho, honey chicken, fresh vermicelli spring rolls, pork spring rolls. My 2 year old inhales the pork spring rolls when she normally won’t eat this type of food. My pho was truly delicious and tasted very authentic and I wasn’t extremely thirsty afterwards (which normally I get so thirsty after an Asian soup), 7yo daughter ate 2 vermicelli spring rolls (again, she also won’t normally eat this type of food) and my son also ate most of his dish also. I have fussy eater kids so honestly the fact that they all had clean plates afterwards means the food is great and we will come back again! There is a lovely guy who waited on us who was very friendly and kind. The reason I took a star off on service was because the female waitress I feel had a passive aggressive go at me when I asked her to bring out a part of the dish that was missing. I don’t think she was going to bring it out because I think she didn’t think I would notice as I’m not Asian. When I asked her about it she acted like I was being impatient and it was coming then she brought it out straight away once I had asked and sort of patronised me over it. Anyways. That small act brought out my petty somewhat and tainted the experience slightly but because the food is so good I’ll be back regardless. Great...

My partner and I ate here few months ago and it was nice. We liked that it had gluten free options for the stirfry dish that we liked and had some gluten free seafood. Today, we came back and wanted to order the same thing. We scanned the menu outside and were happy to see our fave dish still marked as GF. So, we got a table and sat down but this time, the staff told us that they changed the menu but just have not updated it yet and the dish we are after is no longer gluten free. Both the outside menu and table menu are not updated.

It is frustrating when 1. They have not updated the menu for diners to be properly informed (how lazy). What a waste of time for customers scanning the menu and sitting there waiting only to be told that it’s changed 2. They changed a pretty good dish that people with dietry restrictions can enjoy. The difference to making a dish gluten free is so minute you won’t taste the difference.

It is sad when restaurants actively decide to exclude people with dietary restrictions. It is embarrassing for me and my partner to leave after we’ve been sitting there and got served water because the meal we like is changed.
