Im sorry Guys, but please read this review and pay attention to your other terrible reviews about your customer service and friendliness in general. A local cafe should be a place where you feel welcomed. I am a local and have visited your cafe several times hoping for a better result so this is not a one off review. I have also spoken to other locals and they have the same opinion. You really need to lift your game with customer service yourselves, and train your staff to smile and say thank you. This is the basics of a hospitality business and you are failing. It is not okay to be friendly and courteous to some customers when you feel like it , and not to others. Your business is to have manners and show kindness to every guest that enters your business. Please be reminded that customers give you money for your services, and in return deserve manners. Perhaps its time look for a different career path where you don't have to have face-to-face interactions with customers all day. Your coffee and food is okay. Ordered two cappuccinoâs and waited dutifully then watched at least four or five customers who had ordered after me collect their orders. After about twenty minutes or so l looked over to the two young ladies who were working the counter today and one enquired âtwo cappuccinoâs?â I said yes but you never called my name. They said yes we did so I asked what they thought my name was. They both answered Steve which had been called out quite a few times. They then rudely asked my name which I said is Justin and asked them how does sound anything like Steve? Blank looks from both of them.
