Mrs. Fields Pacific Fair — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

The cafe itself looks modern and nice, the cookies are amazing although the customer service was pretty bad. They were grumpy when they spoke to you but happy if they were around their own staff, chatting about, ignoring customers waiting. My family and I ordered 2 mochas and 1 hot chocolate, the mochas ended up being bitter and had no sweetness whatsoever, the hot chocolate was just warm milk. There was no chocolate.

We went back to complain and ask if it could be fixed. The workers shrugged and did nothing, they turned around to their manager and the manager did nothing, they all looked at us and said under their breath "that's too bad" or "that's not our problem" and went back to work, the customer service was horrible. They couldn't even simply explain why the coffees ended up being not what they're supposed to be or apologized.

There was also one worker who was constantly picking his ears, i looked at him in disgust and he stopped and looked away, but once i looked away he started picking his ears again. That's really unhygienic, i saw him touch everything. That's disgusting. You need better customer service, better staff to man up to what they did, and more hygiene practices.

Overall COOKIES WERE GREAT! coffee...

Here on the 18th February. Tried to order toast with Eggs. “ We don’t do that” On the Menu options it states, egg on the side. So I ordered 2 pieces of toast with egg on the side. “ can’t do that because we don’t know what button to push on the register” So then I ordered 2 pieces toast, with jam. Had to check if there was jam! Yes they had Jam, after waiting a long time out came warmed white bread smothered in Jam no butter just smothered with jam!! The lady put a bag of open cookies right in front of our three year old, obviously he immediately grabbed them and the bag tipped out. She didn’t offer to replace the cookies and still made us pay for them even though it was her fault they were lost. On top of that the coffee was only hot milk, there was no coffee in the cup, one sip and it went straight in the bin. What a garbage place with garbage values and a garbage offer. People work too hard for their money to literally throw it in the bin...
