Absolutely horrible service from the male worker who took my phone calls around 7pm tonight (Monday the 10th July). I would usually never make complaints or leave bad reviews as I’ve worked as a waitress myself and I understand that mistakes do happen. But god the service from the guy on the phone call was terrible. First, when our UberEats order arrived, we were missing one of our Pork Belly Breads. I called them up and a very nice lady offered to redeliver for us, which arrived in around half an hour. She was very apologetic and was lovely, had no problems with her service. However, when I opened up my ‘Matcha bubble milk tea’ to have with my order that just arrived, I realised that it was missing the bubbles. I called the restaurant up once again and this time a male worker picked it up. I informed him that I was missing the bubbles in the drink, and he told me that the Matcha BUBBLE milk tea was NOT supposed to have any bubbles in them. “Matcha doesn’t taste good with bubbles”, he said. I told him that the online menu clearly states bubble tea and what I received was definitely different to what has been advertised, and he just hung up. I called him back, he said he would check with the chefs and get back to me later… No call back. Had to called them up again, at this point I was beginning to lose my patience with him and asked if we could get a refund for the drink. He told me that his manager will call me back later, and when I asked how long it might be he very abruptly said “I don’t know, later. Like 30minutes””We’re busy now sorry see ya” and hang up before I could say anything. He was not apologetic or sincere at all and it was frankly the worst service I have ever received. Later, I contacted the other lovely lady and she offered me a refund. She also informed me that they had ran out of bubbles tonight but usually they would serve with pearls. Worst Vietnamese food experience ever!!!

Rally bad service and no apology. Take the wrong order and serve wrong food. The food is out of stock and there is no telling the customer in advance, resulting in a long wait for food but no apology.

I ordered food and asked for extra crispy pork. The staff(YOUNG GUY) said $8 extra. I waited for food quite a while even though the restaurant had no customer at all. 🤷‍♀️ After the food is served it turned out to be grill pork not crispy pork! I said I ordered crispy pork for extra so the staff back to kitchen and disappeared for about 15 minutes. So I had to walk in and ask how long it took before my crispy pork came out and he asked did I order crispy pork with rice and I repeat "I only ordered crispy pork" he said ok in 5 minutes. After that he came out and said we don't have crispy pork!!! He blamed towards the kitchen that had just told him and no even one word apology!

Wasn't surprised by the poor reviews after taking over as a new owner. Not much customer because of very bad service. Should have trained staff in service before let ge di this job. Small details matter a lot in business.

17.6.2023 Haven't been back as changed work so no longer close by. Looks like new owners. Bought take away com tam (broken rice) please refer to photo 😊 Will update once I've had it. 2022 ~ my regular place for lunch as near work 😊 Today 23 July 2021 Hadn't been here for some time but was hanging out for bun bo hue and rice paper rolls as well as pho so ended up going. Enjoyed the bun bo hue but wasn't exactly what I was expecting. Missing pork trots but no dramas. Rice paper rolls was delicious with the dipping sauce 😊 Had pho at home for dinner. Was nice overall but would've like more basil in my take away pack.

Was tempted to say hi to Mayor Tom Tate and his colleague but decided not to disrupt their lunch. Overall it was good. The price and service was very good. The pho was nice (not like mum's but close...) The rice paper seemed a little dry. I would return as I believe in giving another try.
