I recently visited a Xinjiang Cuisine Restaurant and was thoroughly impressed with the food and overall dining experience. The standout dish for me was the mutton with noodles, which was absolutely delicious. The soup was yummy and the mutton was cooked to perfection - tender and juicy. I highly recommend giving this dish a try!
Another highlight of the menu were the lambo kebabs, which were bursting with traditional Xinjiang BBQ flavors. The lamb was tender and flavorful, and the seasoning was just right. I was impressed with how well-prepared the kebabs were and how they were cooked to perfection.
Overall, I had a great experience at the restaurant and I am looking forward to returning in the future to try other dishes on the menu. The ambiance was also very welcoming and the staff was attentive and friendly. If you're looking for delicious Xinjiang cuisine, this restaurant is definitely...

surprisingly the flavour isn't really Uyghur style but more on the chinese cuisine side. I ordered stir fry vermicelli (新疆炒米粉) and beef patty (肉夾饃). vermicelli was really outstanding, you can taste the freshness in ingredients, meat was meaty and the veggies are really crunchy; however patty was real disappointing, cumin took over the flavour of everything, and it was wayyyy too salty and frankly i'm a heavy season person so just imagine. plus the bun isn't traditional as displayed on menu.

otherwise alhamdulilah for another...

First time trying the restaurant and ordered the Xianjiang Stir Fried Beef with Rice Noodles. The worst food I have tried here on the gold coast since 2016. Will never be back. Typical chinese takeaway restaurants. Just by the looks of it when served. You can already say that everything was just tossed in the wok and plated. Beef tastes really old and beef was not really good quality, I reckon beef used was just off cuts. The sauce of the noodles just tasted like water with tomato sauce and added chillies. It really tasted yuck! I will never be back, FOOD WAS SERIOUSLY...
