Worst Customer Service Experience Ever! Not even worth one star but unable to select no stars. Due to insufficient seating sat in an area away from the bakery so had to have cake and coffee as a takeaway. No problem with that but trying to get sufficient paper trays and cutlery was like extracting blood from a stone. Asked to borrow a knife to cut cakes at the counter and that was not acceptable to the staff who went on and on with a tirade of knives being stolen. My sister actually had to go in to Woolworths to buy a knife to end the ordeal. Unhelpful, rude staff, I will never patronize them again and highly recommend giving them a miss. A very disappointing experience today. My mum recommended coming here for the great coffee the italian owner usually delivers but today he wasn't there. Two young men did our coffee withing one minute and it came out almost undrinkable. It was flavourless, bland and not hot as we requested. Almost like drinking water. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. There was a man with blonde hair who just felt like not serving me for some reason. I was lined up behind a man. The man was served, then once he was served.. the worker then walked away and stood behind a counter and I saw him scrolling on his phone.
