Best Domino's Staff we've come across while travelling through australia for 2.5 years. A week ago we ordered on the phone on friday and the young blonde lady was very nice and on point - quick, repeated the order and mentioned the price. perfect service which continued when i picked up the pizza. While cutting it she said out loud the order name and handed it straight to me. that was the hottest and freshest domino's pizza I've ever had. Because of this experience we went there again today - this time we ordered in person. Today around 5 ish (roughly, not sure) there was a nice young lady with brown hair and she was brilliant too. Super friendly, quick, helpful with the menu and she even let us pay directly. Again it took only around 5 or 10 minutes until the pizzas were done. This time a young guy was cutting the pizzas and while cutting them he said the order names out loud as well. He even asked me for what order i was waiting for and handed the pizza straight to me as soon as he cut them. The team seems to be very, very, very organized and works together very well. This evening I ordered Lava cakes from this outlet and as I put a spoon full of that Lava cake into my mouth I nearly needed to vomit. I ran to the sink and spat it out and it smelled like rotten fish oil, or a similar smell like stale nuts which had been rotting in a plastic bag. Look guys-- to put something into a paper wrap, packed in a cardboard box, driven through a city to an address by a good delivery guy and appraised by advertising on TV -- damn it better be a good product. But it was not - it was disgusting. Better go through your Lava cake - used by dates or processes of heating them up. or clean the bloody surfaces you heat them up on, whatever. I paid 25 Dollar for the order and I tell you guys , that was the last order of Domino to my address. The offer of the manager I talked to was nice, but I will not try an offer of something to eat, from an Outlet which just gave me something which was not something to eat at all.
