I am a Uber Eats Delivery driver, give one star due to a rude notice. The notice says "please don't shove your phones in the pizza makers' faces, it's rude and inconsiderate". Please look at your counters, they are too deep to see your faces, of course it is not likely to shove phones in your faces. Sometimes we have accents and sometimes your store is too loud for you to hear our talking, so showing our phones to you is the most effective way to let you know which order are we going to pickup. We are so considerate that we help you to finish orders as soon as possible, but you think we are "inconsiderate"? You are the real rude one. Please don't operate a restaurant if you want everything runs like upper class. I have seen your empty tip can, please try to be respective to everyone so that you can be worth to get tips.

Ialian Pizza House, right next door to the Italian Restaurant, eh? At first, I thought it was just the restaurant's kitchen overflow, like they'd set up a pizza-slinging outpost. Turns out, standalone! We rolled in late, craving that cheesy, doughy goodness, and ordered a couple of slices. And let me tell you, these pizzas? They're the real deal. Crispy crust, generous toppings, the works. Late-night snack? They know their dough, they know their toppings, and they know how to satisfy a late-night craving. Solid.

We ordered 2 large pizzas and a pasta from here we waited 45 mins for our order. The pizza was greezy, the ingredients were cheap the only thing nice was the pizza base. The pasta was just supermarket tasting gnocchi and the sauce was thick rich and greesy. I would definitely would not come here again

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Italian Pizza House was frustrating enough that I felt it needed to be shared.

I had heard good things about their pizza and was really looking forward to it. I called to place an order and got no answer trying multiple times. After calling a few times, somehow, i was able to place my order. I was waiting for my pizza for 2 Hours.I figured they might be busy, so I waited a bit and tried again… and again… and again. In total, I called 14 times over the span of 2 hours. Not once did anyone pick up the phone. There was no voicemail, no automated message, no way of knowing if they were even open or accepting orders.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first—maybe it was a rush period or they were understaffed—but after two hours of silence and zero acknowledgment, I had no choice but to give up and order from somewhere else. By that point, I was not only hungry but also extremely frustrated.

I understand that businesses get busy, especially during peak times, but completely ignoring customer calls for that long without any explanation is just poor service. A simple message or update on their website or social media could have made a big difference. Instead, it felt like customers just didn’t matter.

Really disappointing experience. I hope they improve their communication and take customer service more seriously in the future. Until then, I won’t be trying again—and I’d recommend others think twice before relying on...

Last time I visited this establishment was 10 years ago. To put that into perspective; John Howard was PM, there was no iPhone/iPad, Steve Irwin was larger than life, and know-body knew who the hell Justin Bieber was!!! But was the return visit worth it??? YES!!!

The Italian Pizza House is a little pizzeria located in the centre of Launceston. Standard Pizza menu with pasta dishes, soups and salads on the side. Small, Large and Jumbo (like a large from the 1980's, X-gen people you know what I mean!!) sizes. Standard pizza prices.

Myself and the wife has a half half meatlovers and mexican, one of the best pizza's I have tasted in a longtime. We also had a Garlic Bread as well, and this was good.

Overall the staff was friendly, young and enthusiastic. Pizza took about 15 minutes, which is good timing. Was given to us piping hot.

Overall it was great experience. Myself and the Wife are from Canberra, and we will not be waiting another 10 years to go back. We will hopefully see...
