Every time I travel and stay in Launceston, this is my go too place!! The food is amazing! Unfortunately the service staff aren't the most welcoming, friendly enough, but just feels awkward... The Thai ladies in the kitchen are lovely. I have ordered the pineapple fried rice, peanut satay chicken, coconut rice and the green curried chicken... All amazing 👌😍 photo of the menu and the green curry chicken with coconut rice

We ordered pad Thai, green Thai curry and chicken stir-fried dishes. For the drinks, we had Thai milk tea and coconut juice. Our dining experience was great. The food and services were excellent. The meals cost a little pricier than our local restaurants, but we will return to dine in again when possible.

It was very busy but the owner got us a table. The food was so tasty. I had read reviews that the food was bland. Don't know which restaurant they were talking about. Staff were busy but friendly. One of the best Thai restaurants we've been to . Would definitely recommend. But maybe reserve a table.

Had dinner at this place this eveing. Nice waiter and great service. We were greeted and seated, ordered and food came out at a good time. Mum and Dad enjoyed their seafood noodle and Pad Sew Ew. But my partner and I have eaten at many Thai restaurants and thought our meals were average. We had a veg pad thai and beef massaman curry. Pad Thai was very sweet and not very flavoursome. It needed more chunky vegetables and peanuts for texture and crunch. Beef massaman sauce was nice but you can taste the difference since the beef was not slowed cooked in the sauce. I tired Mum's pad sew ew and also thought it was average. Not much flavour compared to other pad sew ews I have had in the past. Some of the noodles were stuck together. Food was a bit pricey even in touristy area for the quality of food. $20 for veg pad thai. Veg spring rolls was...

Poor experience. We advised the senior waiter, who was the owner, that we wanted savoury meals only, that were not sweet. We don't like sweet dishes, and Thai restaurants always have dishes that aren't sweet. He told us that our dishes, green curry chicken and beef massaman curry, weren't sweet and he would ensure that they were not. The waiter

When the food arrived, it was quite sweet. I asked for soy sauce, but this made the dish salty and sweet. It was a mess. The green curry was poorly made. It had a gluggy congealed consistency and didn't taste or look authentic. There was no finesse or sophistication to the flavour. The same applied to the massaman curry. That was too coconutty, and it did not taste authentic. I asked the owner did he have a Thai cook. He said that his wife was the cook....

A refreshing meal after a busy day in a pretty city. Walking around the sights of Launceston can be tiring work and a good meal helps with topping off the day. I went searching the mean streets of Launceston on a Monday evening for cuisine that would refresh my weary bones for another day of sightseeing. There were a number of places I could have chosen in the courtyard; burgers? Indian? Japanese? Pizza? Chinese? Yeah, nah ... Thai intrigued me. The restaurant was decorated nicely and with some jungle decor in the cool climate of Tasmania was a little confusing until the food arrived. It was delicious, I went with a satay meal with a sweet peanut sauce and tender chicken. The vegetables were crisp and flavourful. An all round enjoyable meal. The wait staff was were professional and made the experience low key...
