Wendy's Milk Bar — Restaurant in Launceston

Hello was at your store Wendys near kmart i was servied by a young girl who was very rude and wasnt intered in serving i ask her for ice cream for my mother and i ask for drink. The thing is im myself do cousto mer service. The thing is my mother was in tears for what happen i settle me down and went back over she was still getting things ready which was fine. I over heard complaing about me to her mate saying i was rude. All it was over was a size of thick shake i my eyes dont treat customers that way. Just went in today to get 3 donuts and an waffle cone. We were served by their new girl, who asked the older lady on the donut machine if she could pick 3 donuts for her and thenyelled out in a terrible tone “no you can do them yourself I have a big order” the order was like 12 or something donuts.. Upon that the new girl scooping my cone ask “deb” the older lady again if this scoop was big enough and she kept say a little bigger 4 times, so she obviously hasn’t been shown how much to scoop. Apart from waiting for someone to acknowledge me when there were 3 people there with 2 not actually serving. I am very disappointed that I went there at 4.40pm and asked for 6 doughnuts. The worker asks someone who must be the Manager on duty and she looks at the time and says no. Seriously you close at 5.30!!!!!
