Bonbons Bakery Dandenong — Restaurant in Melbourne

We bought a taro cake in the afternoon full price no late clearance what so ever and the bottom filling part of the cake was definitely off, I told my friend who bought the cake this is no good so return the next day as it was very late and they were already closed, and get a refund it as this should have not been sold the first place (it also had this weird slice on it prior to us cutting the cake). Unbelievable... luckily I told my friend who was pregnant not to take another bite of that cake. I wouldnt have posted this if the worker didnt have the audacity to tell us that "It is suppose to be like that" when we returned the cake.. Maybe they could have eaten it and told us...

Had a bad experience in here. I usually come to buy ice chocolate drink from here and it was same price everyday and in every outlets. But in dandenong outlet they charged extra cost today to add some drinking chocolate even i asked not to add wipped cream. I’m buying like this everyday. But they asked extra dollars this time. This has not happened in other outlets. The drink was also tasting bad. It was like drinking cold water. I asked less ice on the drink but they put extra ice. Please don’t do to your customers like this, customers should be treated...

I have been a regular to this shop for almost 2 and half years now , especially for my coffee and hot chocolate . I loved their food too. I have ordered a cake a year ago to give as a present and they all enjoyed it well. I am extremely happy with their service. The staff are truly amazing at what they do and I have seen them very polite and serving the customers with a smile on their face.My five stars for them.The franchisee is a very lovely person and her family too.
