Very Disappointing Customer Service I received several emails saying i has a free birthday muffin to claim. Upon presenting my card to scan, i was told no muffin was there. I showed them the email and they said they couldn't help me. I tried to ask questions and they kept saying to ring head office. I went to get a spinach and cheese roll and was asked if I wanted it warmed up. I said yes. A few minutes later, I received the roll, but the pastry was broken and very soggy. It looked like they used a microwave instead of an industrial oven. It was inedible, so I refused to take it. The man at the counter refused to give me a new one and instead asked me to put it in the bin so he could issue a refund.
