The other week I was standing near a lady waiting for my breakfast . She had a child with her and she was spoken to very rudely by one of the staff members there and it was very hard to listen to . This one staff member who is quite rude and disrespectful to customers . It is certainly not something you want to put up with when you just want your food and drink . Very un approachable and un professional . The one positive out of the situation is that most of the staff are very nice thank god. It’s a shame that they are yelled at too by this one women in front of customers when they are doing there best . No one deserves that . ordered a chicken avocado and matcha latte with skim milk, but what i got is super lumpy matcha with normal milk, the staff seems didnt care about to mix the matcha and didnt care abt skim milk request and using normal milk instead, will never come back...

The egg & bacon roll with bbq sauce is to die for! Needed sugar and napkins on tables, and there’s no waste bins around, but plenty of tables available and good atmosphere and service. Not too hot or cold in the building. Can enter from Siddeley St or...
