Domino's Pizza Dandenong — Restaurant in Melbourne

Dominos store at Dandenong is so bad. I ordered online for delivery, but it was taking like more than 2 hour to just delivered it to Dandenong. So i decided to pick up my ordered after 40 mins since i have placed the order. I called them and ask to pick up and they confirmed that I can pick it up. But when i went to the store after 50 mins they said there is no order under your name. When we showed them the proof of order they said it will take another 20 to 30 mins. we asked the staff that i have ordered 50 mine ago. And also we got wrong order last time so the manager asked us to come anytime to get free pizza you order next time. Instead of giving us the order the staff name Deepak Kumar refused and started talking very rudely and ask us to cancel the order or get the refund and for our previous pizza he asked us to come tomorrow. He didn’t apologise for their mistake of giving wrong order instead misbehaved. Very disappointed. I have called the store like 10 times every time they pick up and put it on hold. And i think they don’t care about reviews or customer’s satisfaction because it is just franchise. The manager should talked to their team members i can understand that sometime it can take time. But it is a responsibility of a staff member to behave and talk nicely with customers. Orders can be wrong and can be accepted but bad behaviour and rude talk cannot be accepted. I recently decided to give Domino's Pizza a try and ordered two large pizzas. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I received pocket-sized pizzas, which I wasn't aware was the size they maintained. This came as quite a surprise, as I expected them to be larger.

Upon inspecting the pizzas, I noticed that the cheese was sparsely spread across the surface. Every time I attempted to take a slice, the toppings easily slid off. It was disappointing to see the lack of consistency in the distribution of toppings, with most of them concentrated only in the central portion of the pizza.

While I had heard mixed reviews about Domino's pizzas in the past, I wanted to give them a chance. However, based on this experience, I have to agree that their quality falls short. This will definitely be my last order with Domino's, as I believe there are better options available in terms of pizza delivery.

Overall, I was left unsatisfied with the size, topping distribution, and overall quality of the pizzas from Domino's. I would not recommend trying their pizzas if you are looking for a more enjoyable and fulfilling...

I really had very bad experiences with dominos today in Dandenong. I bought 2 xl size veg. pizzas from Domino's from a manager i think name Darshit. And after paying my husband picked it but didn't open and check it and thought to eat at home. But when we opened the pizza at home it was smelling so strange which was not bearable, we doubt it was non-vegeterian then we again drive back from home to dominos to check if they can change it. But the manager Darshit was very rude when we explained the reason. For us it was not in eatable situation so we left it on their table if they can eat it. I will definitely not going there anymore and will never recommend anyone to go there. Dear manager Darshit, you really need to learn etiquettes how to behave with customers. I order several time from local vendors atleast they have manners, well behaved. If we complain them just in any case, they atleast exchange it on the spot without any arguments and accept their mistake. Being a customer it is my right to complain if I'm not happy or satisfied with the quality of my purchase. I wish I could give 0 star to that...
