I ordered that $7 value box from North Melbourne Domino's, and what did I get? Burnt pizza and chips! The pizza was even served upside down, like, seriously? And those chips had a burnt peices on them. And get this, they have the nerve to claim they do quality checks! What a load of lies! I need to share this experience so no one else falls for their tricks. Let's make sure everyone knows what they're in for at that Domino's!
The disappointment was real when I opened that box expecting a tasty treat and instead found a mess of burnt food. I requested Halal or Kosher food and I was presented with this as the only Halal product 100% vegetarian no meat no pork.
I contacted customer service by a phone call that was recorded with permission and was a shocking experience, the phone was shut in my face the first call then on the second call I requested to talk to the manager on duty then a worker claimed that he is the manager, he refused to provide his name until I insisted, then he transferred the line to a real manager on duty.
That's terrible and not accepted no quality assurance, respecting clients and quality of service should be number one.
When there is a new person under training who should be supervised until they passed the training we are not here to waste time and pushed to eat non-Halal or non-Kosher.

Waited for so long at pick up cold pizza and cheese bread......... but the kicker they put mayonnaise on the Dutch mini pancakes huh..... what where they thinking........ lol.
As I walked passed the window before the front door to deal with my order issues. I could see the one staff member using his phone not really paying any attention to the flow of what was coming in or out. I waited for 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me at the counter. I got nothing but attitude when the staff member finally came out to attend to the front counter. Another customer came in to pick up his phone order pizza and it had not even been put through the system. He just walked out certainly could see he was not happy.
Domino's North Melbourne really had a very below average night.
