Wasn’t even good enough for one star to be honest, I went to get a bottle of coke, paid for it, they never gave me a receipt (manager took my order), I checked my bank account 10 minutes later and saw that they took $15 out of my account (the coke bottle was $3.95). As I was very furious, but didn’t show it I politely asked the worker why this has happened and she told me “the manager” will take care of it. “The manager” blamed it all on me saying it was my fault I didn’t correctly check, also saying “I should have asked them what my order was”, and in the end saying it wasn’t him that took my order it was someone else but clearly I remember he was the one who took my order and handed me the drink. Why would you have someone like this as a manager. I do not understand but I beg someone to fix this. My sister also experience the same issue with money a few months back with the same manager. I ordered catering for a community event – a Classic wrap Platter with vegetarian items and a separate Footlong falafel Sub. What I received was completely wrong: an all-meat platter (with NONE of the expected vegetarian components), and the falafel sub was missing altogether.
When I contacted the store to request a full refund, I was told that only a partial refund was possible, even though the mistake was entirely theirs. I asked to speak to someone higher up, and the owner said he was the highest authority, then told me to “look online” for any complaints and hung up on me.
There was no apology, no accountability, no resolution – just a flat refusal to take responsibility. This left several participants without food.

That was something which was surprising to me because I have had Sub for many years now and never ever any Staff told me they couldn’t serve more than 3 sauces.I asked her when did this happened and she told me this is not allowed on this store at least, I asked her is this written somewhere? She was rude and replied everything cant be written. I told her to at least tell me that it would cost me extra for extra sauce but she did not bother and passed me to the other staff for billing which even she was not pleasant and did not even ask me for receipt.
