This store in particular has its up and downs. In particular as of last week I had tried using the app. It stated that I could pickup my order through drive thru but as soon as I got to the order booth, the operator said this is untrue but was going to ask her manager. I find it disconcerting that she gave a definitive answer when she didn't really know?

I get to the pick up window and then I'm told that I had to sign in to the store before my order went through. The app did not state this nor did she tell me how to do it or if she said was even true but I was asked for my phone which I had to pass through the window and trust she didn't drop it. After 5 minutes and several employees standing around chatting, I then get my phone back.

The order took 15 minutes. Which consisted of 4 burgers, onion rings and chips. If I had not used the app, an order like this would usually be a lot quicker, mind you that I actually ordered from the app 30 minutes prior.

The employee, from her body language and tone seemed to give me the feeling that this was my fault and because it was me that was holding up the line, she wanted me to drive around the block in peak hour traffic because at this location there isn't a waiting bay.

I give the head office/digital team 5 stars for giving me a full refund and a sincere apology for what had transpired but the store itself, I had received nothing but...

The first time I bought take away at drive through At hoodie St hungry Jack for my kids we bought 2 double cheese burgers and two large French fries and a icy coke .lucky when I drive there it wasn't busy as I thought it would be .it was around lunch time ,the restaurant was packed but it wasn't the case for us.the price was just the same as Ms Donald I ordered it then drive to the cashier windows the staffs was very polite and cheerful,the service is very professional fast because they knew we were hungry then to the second windows it was ready I laugh and said is it ours? And with a smile she said yes then she smile back I was very pleased.when we got home and try it ,it was hot the French fries lightly salted,the burgers also very tasty and warm just the right temperature I was very surprised and since then we have to have it once a week cause honestly the experience was just so magical.and everytime I ordered it and drive off I always said to them I love hungry jacks here and that's the feedback from me .I give you a five stars for looking after us and the kids.then we all...
