hi yes so I have a very bad experience with the drive-through actually it’s been a lot of time not just today so I have ordered a vegan whopper cheese and specially mentioned maybe many times not 123 like I need fresh patties and the girl who was taking my order she also mentioned that we gonna give you the fresh Patties so when the order was ready so I again asked her that are you sure that you put patties so she ( wear glasses) told me yes I am pretty sure these are fresh patties.I just took the order and I went when I open the burger in a minute, literally , there were no fresh patties as I also worked on Hungry Jack’s for a year so I know what fresh Patties looks like so they they have done a lot of time with me and today I’m putting this review because you know it’s just waste of my money as I spend around $9.15 so I hope somebody should tell them if anyone is asking for this type of burger so they should cooperate. I hope because you know it’s already been happened with me a lot of times not just today. It’s a drive-through If somebody just take the order so he or she not gonna come back so just give it like that way so that’s not the good behaviour as I’m putting the review...
Read moreOrdered one loaded chips, a medium coke, 3 spicy dipping sauces, a large onion rings, a rebel whopper meal and a tendercrisp chicken meal from Hungry Jack’s Kingsway via Ubereats tonight.
Half of the order were missing. My delivery partner left the order on a desk (as provided by the concierge for contactless delivery). I couldn’t call him as he completed the order. I called the restaurant and told them half of the order were missing and if they could kindly check if the right order was given to the delivery partner. The lady who answered shouted over the phone and asked me to contact Ubereats for any issues, and not ring them, she then hung up.
The items that were delivered - the drinks were messed up (wrong orders) and chips were stone cold.
I applied for a refund for the missing items, hopefully to hear back from Ubereats soon.
I am never ordering from Hungry Jack’s Kingways again. Such rude and unfriendly staff - all I wanted to know is if my delivery partner took the right items when he left...
Read moreOrder was wrong (it happens, easy to fix so is not my problem). Couldn't get anyone's attention to correct it. They saw me, and made a point of looking away and not making eye contact. Even the manager did. I had to interject when someone was getting their meal. Bun was stale, not even sure how that's possible with HJ (this isn't hating on them,). Lots of people waiting in store but drive thru kept on progressing. It's like they gave drive thru preference and forgot about the people in the store. Or didn't care. HJ management, look at the cameras on 21st November around 6-610pm when I was there. If that's how you want to run your business, I guess that's where they learnt it from. I just won't be back...
