So, my colleagues and I saw the commercial on KFC website about the Double Zinger, and really wanted to give it a try, because it just looked so tasty on the website. We actually visited this store and we all ordered the Double Zinger. It was a bad idea.

On the commercial it was two Australian guys each holding one Double Zinger and enjoying it with great satisfaction. Let's say with my relatively smaller Asian hands, the actual Double Zinger I received for my order was really small. I am sure all my colleagues felt the same when they opened the food wrap and saw the size of the thing they were given. You can even see the expectation fading away and turned into disappointment.

The store was dirty as usually but we really hoped the Double Zinger could make us forget about the messy environment. Unfortunately it just made our visit worse than it already was when we stepped into the store. I mean come on guys, give us some real Double Zinger, not the cut-down version of it. Worst staff ever seen in my life! I have ordered for original recipe and they served me the last remaining stuff which was too bad to eat and I requested to change with the new ones but the sales person replied that it would take another 20 min and just took the box and threw it aside infront of me! This clearly showed her attitude towards customers. I have always been to elizabeth KFC since past 4 years and from now on I make sure that neither me nor my friends will go into this KFC!
