If you are going to get something from this nandos atleast don't get a burger from that place unless it's a burger that does not use cheese and comes with only ingredients that your would not ask them to remove and replace and the reason is because the cheese with the burgers are never melted so it's like a unmelted cheese of a specified type that's best consumed when melted and because if there is an ingredient in the food that you don't want to eat while you can replace it they charge you extra as if your just asking for more instead of just replacing something so if you don't want barbecue sauce and you want tomato sauce instead it's going to be as if you just ordered extra tomato sauce from that place and thus would cost a dollar or more extra just to replace what sauce they use for the burger rather then no more or less where as at other places such as hungry jacks if you don’t want barbecue sauce and you ask to replace it extra tomato sauce instead the burger would not cost any more or less thus yeah causing the burger you get to be a rip off today i asked them to replace the caremalised onion with bacon and they just ended up charging me $2.95 cents extra for an example and yeah that's a lot more then the same thing would cost at hungry jacks which would be like a dollar instead so it's as if i just asked for more bacon rather then asked them to replace the onion with bacon and I personally chose to not get stuff from nandos in the past as yeah the meals are like never perfect you go order a mild chicken but it ends up having lemon juice with it as well as they cook everything with the same stuff without removing the previous ingredients from the last meal they cooked using the stuff they use to cook the food And the bacon in the burger I ordered was over cooked and the chicken had some lemon taste in it when i had only ordered the mild sauce for the chicken so very low quality for something that costs 23$ and 85 cents I ordered a burger with cheesy garlic mini pita and yeah I went to the link and yeah I pressed on the link and yeah it just ended up saying if you can't see your order here is probably not eligible for a refund and yeah I did not see my order but yeah I did not use my account to order the meal I did not have a account I just made a account right now with nandos to see if I could get a refund but yeah it just showed the same thing so Idk maybe you got to order a meal using your account or something in order to...

I honestly don't know were to start. Half the things we ordered weren't there. The things we did order didn't really match the description. I ordered the smashed avocado burger.The burger was so small, the grilled chicken tasted like fish,soggy and couldn't taste much besides spice.There was supposed to be some yogurt in there with the avocado but I couldn't even taste the chicken sometimes(Probably made the order wrong). The only good part of the meal was the fries and half of the weren't seasoned properly. To also add on to the missing other half to the meal when we did go there they said "We did not pay for the other half." The funny part is we told them what we wanted including the other half and she said the final cost and we assumed we paid the whole thing and keep in mind we said everything we wanted to order and even told them that. It's honestly really pathetic to say that as we did say everything we wanted. Not to mention the portions of food couldn't even feed a colony of ants. If you don't know what I'm talking about, I am basically saying the meals were to small for a "Large" meal which is pathetic. The only good things I can say where maybe this chips but that might be pushing it. It was cheep considering the quality was questionable (Bad quality). Nandos wasn't always that bad and their food was enjoyable and tasted and looked great. I don't know if it was a bad day for them or new business practices but something needs to change because there might be other Nandos out there which people like and decent place to dine out. The Girl at the cash counter was rude to begin with and had the appearance of not wanting to be at work at all. Once i placed my order for 1/2 chicken 8 ribs and 4 tenderloins with 1 large chips and 1 water it came up to $40. And this meal is suppose to feed 2-3ppl. When i had to pay she didnt even say cash or card and automatically got her eft machine ready without telling me the amount. When i went to sit down i noticed my water was missing when i went to ask her she was rude and just passed it to me. Then when i went to get 3 plates next to the counter they didnt have any plates or cutlery nor glasses for water. So again i asked the same same girl for some plates and with an attitude all she said was how many and again rudley shoved the plates to me and i also needed forks again she did the same thing. When the food came i looked at the plate and didnt see the 8 ribs so i went up to the counter to ask about the ribs. The same girl said u got everything u ordered and this is a chicken shop so we dont sell any other ribs. The ribs they call "Ribs" are the end parts of the winglets and this is how they are sent to the shop. The manager agreed with me that they were not ribs but thats how they are sent. This is faulse advertising and not right on a consumers point. The amount of food ordered was not enough for 3ppl barely for 2. Especially for 2 adults and 1 child.
