Domino's Pizza Coffs Harbour — Restaurant in New South Wales

I placed an order for two pizzas at a Dominos Pizza Coffs Harbour store, intending to pick them up myself. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

Firstly, I had to endure an excruciating 50-minute wait, as the staff seemed to take an inordinate amount of time to prepare my order. To make matters worse, they informed me that one of the pizzas was not yet ready.

To keep the situation further from ideal, they left the incomplete pizza on a shelf that wasn’t even functional – there was no heating light to maintain its temperature. When I brought up my concerns about the pizza getting cold, they appeared to disregard my complaint entirely. Shockingly, they left this pizza on the shelf for over 30 minutes, allowing it to cool considerably.

Upon finally receiving my order, I found one pizza had already become cold, and the other was undercooked. The vegetables on the latter were also cold, and the cheese had not even properly melted. To my dismay, I even discovered a hair in one of the pizzas, which was not only unappetizing but also a clear violation of basic hygiene standards.

I have photographic evidence of both the pizzas in this unsatisfactory condition. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere in the store was far from pleasant. The staff’s actions added to my discomfort when I observed them cleaning the kitchen tables with chemicals, only to continue handling food without changing their gloves. I visited here last night at about 6.30pm. I was very surprised as well as proud why? because I saw 12 people behind the scenes doing what they should in running the place and that is not counting the delivery drivers that were out there doing what they should to make the customers happy!!! This Is The Best Dominos Ever That I've Visited over the years!!!!

I tell you there aren't many Domino's that can have 12 employees on the same shift on site . They have made a great name for themselves down here and it showed with attitude and also realizing that every time someone orders and comes in that they are putting their reputation on the line.

The pizza turn arounds were done so expertly I couldn't believe my own eyes and everyone was treated with the same ounce of repsect and friendliness no matter who you were whether an out of towner like myself or a local. they have really got the mix right down here!!! My only whinge and I really don't want to complain was that my pizza bases and sauce wasn't cooked long enough. But apart from that When Iam back around there I'll be going out of my way to get my pizza from here and...

Very disappointed by food as well as team. We ordered through menulog and our order was missing 2 x garlic bread and lava slices. Rang store and was informed we are sorry and can provide store credit. As we are on holidays this was not a viable option. We then had a duty manager inform us we would recieve a full refund (this was Friday 22nd September).As of today still nothing has arrived from yourselves nor Menulog. Somebody needs to call me to discuss this further. Menulog has my details so there will be no excuses.

Well here we are 8 days after they screwed our order up and was told we will give you a full refund and still nothing. Nobody has even had the decency to respond. Clearly shows Domino's and the franchisee have little respect for the people that actually spend their hard earned cash with them. Probably be a great time to tell...
