I recently visited here and I have to say, it's one of the best bubble tea spots I've found in the area! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The menu is extensive, offering a great variety of both classic and creative drinks. They even have some unique options like fresh fruit teas and specialty milk teas that you don’t see everywhere.

I opted for the classic brown sugar milk tea with boba, and wow—it was perfection. The boba was chewy and fresh, and the milk tea had the perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess without being overwhelming. The drink was made to order, and you could tell they really take pride in their craft.

The staff were super knowledgeable and took the time to explain different drink options and customization, which I really appreciated. Plus, the service was quick and efficient, even during the busy rush.

Overall, I highly recommend this place to any bubble tea lover. Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned bubble tea enthusiast, it is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming back...

Great products however their customer service needs to be improved. It was not the first time it has happened but they tend to not give us notice if their eftpos machine is not working. that night i had to withdrew money from ATM right across the street which charged me $2.5 per withdrawal. I understand that customers might not end up buying anything if they don't have any cash, but to me it showed that they put a higher priority on sales rather on customer satisfaction and service. I wrote them an e-mail concerning this issue and the owner/manager gladly replied back and gave me a complimentary drink. I appreciate the way their respond to feedbacks! regardless I would still come back and buy their products because...

On a hot afternoon in Perth, I saw the extremely famous drinks shop and walked in. As soon as I entered, I immediately felt a warm feeling, because the decoration of the store gave me this feeling. After I decided on the drink I wanted to learn, I went to the cashier, where a tall and handsome clerk helped me place my order. His exquisite facial features attracted me, and I couldn't remember what I wanted to drink. Then his charming mouth opened and he asked me: "Hello, sir, what would you like to drink today?"
