Poor services - we had a reservation and turn up at 6:30. We requested to order numerous time but asked to wait because they need to put us in the order queue not when you ready to order. So if you come late and want to order . You can’t ! because the people before you are not ready to order. Regardless if people before you ready to place order or not. Ridiculous system. we had to wait over an hour to place our order. Then another 40 mins to get our 1 item . Each item need approximately 10 mins. Food portions is small and pricey. A small bucket of steam rice for $15. With a small group., we order 4 steam rice which came in a small bucket. And later asked for add on. End up paid $30 for just steam rice. We feel like the order take too long so if we want to cancel the last item and asking the waitress if can cancel if it has not been cook. We advised it’s on it way out, so we asked if we can have it to take away. Another 5-10 mins passed by, we decided to head to counter to settle our bill and were ordered to stay at the table because the lady at the check out isn’t available and we are not allowed to stay and wait. Another few mins later our bills arrived at the table but we still required to proceed to the counter to pay our bill. We asked if the last item of the order are ready or not ? They told us that they need are not ready and we needed to further “wait”... the whole evening was total “ wait” and “wait “ . Although, some of the items that are tasty but we will not coming back. Most of the waitresses are very nice but not the lady at the counter who ain’t in uniform. She is very rude and arrogant. I am normally...

I’ve been here many time and usually everything is great.But this time today is different. I ordered noodle soup while eating I saw plenty pork slices was half cook, there was still pork blood dripping out of the pork, I let the waitress know, she took the bowl away. She came back with the bowl pretty hot and that’s when I realise that she put the bowl in the microwave. I didn’t mind so I continue eating that’s when I took a bite of the meat ball and it was extreme soft and smell off. I ask my friends to smell it and they all say the same. So I went to speak to the manager who was vey unhelpful . She told me the meat ball arrive yesterday so she have no idea what I’m talking about or why that would be the case and yet she didn’t came to the table to smell the meatball.But instead told me that she will make sure the next time I come back she would extra meat ball in the noodle soup for me.At one point before this incident my partner got sick after eating pad ka pou which I called the restaurant and they gave me 50% discount for my next visitor but this time they are very unprofessional and unhelpful.Even though I told them what was wrong it just seem that they don’t care and they just want to me to be ok with the food not meeting the health requirements standard.Yet I pay the whole bill for the food that are half cook and smell off.As soon as I got home I feel sick and I can taste the noodle soup going up my throat ....

Haven’t been here long time. This was the backup after next door food completely failed . On 10/11/22 Thursday , we order two tap beers ( reasonably priced compared to some Korean places), larb rice set ( can taste the herbs and seasonings👍🏼) and prawn pad thai (moist not bad 👍🏼. Serve by waitress name “dream “. This was a good meal. Rating 5/5

We went back again on 16/11/22 wed and it was a dissapointment for the salmon sashimi salad ( uneven cuts $29.90 and not premium salmon and why so much red onions ??? compare to salmon) and set papaya salad (ok) , sticky rice ( bit hard) and grilled bbq chicken (dry and stingy with sauce) $18.90; pad kee mao pork $19.90( stingy with basil and dish has this slight weird taste where ingredients wasn’t wash well). We mention about very limited basil to the waitress and she say she talk to kitchen but nothing has come back. I guess mention for the sake of it for nothing which was disappointing. Stingy with cooking ingredients. Rating 1-2/5

Maybe is different cook on different day or it was a bad day for the cook. Wish the cooking was consistent and ingredients are fairly distributed for each dishes especially forking out $20-$30 per dish . It is not easy to find quality Thai food and tonight 16/11 dinner has deter us going back for more. I miss Thailand .

Only thing I would come in for is the TAP...
