bar outside has better selection of drinks then vip bar inside ( which cost extra) you can sit outside with a nice breeze or stand inside the vip bar where it’s much hotter then outside but you get blasted with a water mist fan that made the room feel like sauna ( extra cost for that ) was told to go inside only to find out that they don’t even sell some drinks so had to go outside to get a drink. ( logic) the “table “ section “ was a great spot to see performers back for 80% of the show. The stage runs past the tables and so did every person who was on stage. ( that was extra cost) the a/c was non existent- I think ppl fanning themselves created more air flow. Big congratulations to stage production to include a fire breather inside on a 31 degree night. literally had to leave to get away from fumes and burst of heat and get some water as I was starting to feel sick. Appalling behaviour from the bouncers. They said they couldn’t let us in because they were full, despite having bought a ticket and around 10-15 people leaving as we were queuing. They then started to say we were too late after telling them we had a ticket to which we said there was no last entry time and we were early. It seemed like they were just coming up with excuses to not let us in. They then said we were being “aggressive”and “too drunk” and asked to leave after asking whether we could get a refund for our ticket. Would not go to this place, they were just coming up with made up excuses for not letting us in and tried flipping it on us when we gave them logical answers. I attened the Ice Cream Factory on the 22nd with a VIP ticket for this event. I was very disappointed in the experience and this view was shared by other i had chatted to on the night. The so called "VIP area" was nothing more than another open area for everyone as no one was checking ristband at all. This also was an issue with VIP ticket holders having to wait at the VIP bar for standard ticket patrons to buy drinks. The VIP experience was definitely nothing i would recommend to anyone.I recommend to potential customers to just buy a standard ticket and then just use the VIP areas.
