I used to love lulu and rave to everyone how good it was but todayās visit was not but the service may have been to it being super busy.
I had ordered 3x ice matcha with cream top and 1x ice matcha, when they called my name and I went to get the drinks they had put 2 of them in wrong keep cups even though the foh staff had put sticky notes on all 4 cups so the barista could know. When I checked one cup it was an iced latte. I notified the staff that I had ordered an all ice matchas but only 3 had the cream tops and one with non. The foh staff checked the order and it was listed down as an iced latte even though I specially said the iced matchas.
I understand that itās busy and everyone makes mistakes but if they were to make the mistake why do I have to pay extra for the drink I originally ordered? Many cafes now wonāt charge u the extra for their mistake and just remake the drink for you free of charge. I donāt have an issue paying for the 1.30 but they didnāt apologise but instead just said weāll make the matcha for you know, kinda implying that it was my own mistake.
I am disappointed as I havenāt been in Perth for nearly two years and after coming to visit Perth and I was very excited to visit again but I donāt think I will...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI found the best matcha latte in Perth!šššššI searched for a matcha with a bitter flavor until I came here. The first time I got a matcha latte (in a turquoise cup) without asking for changes. It was too sweet for meš„“, but it had a hint of bitterness from the matchaš„°. The second time (in a white cup), I asked for less sugar. It was better, still had some bitterness, but was still a bit too sweet for my taste. I love matcha that has a bitter hint and only a small amount of sweetness. If you like that too, this is the best place to goš. Plus, it's very affordable compared to other āviralā shops. Many other places donāt have the real matcha taste; they are either too sweet...
