Edit!! Again your response does not take any responsibility of the misunderstanding of the order, we stated we wanted 4, 2 momos each, we stated it was for two. Yes we did order the chowmmein and the rice again stating it was for two people. The food wasn’t to our tastes, that’s fair enough but we did NOT order 4 servings of the dumpling things, we said we wanted to have two dumplings each, that’s all! This was your mistake! Had you just taken some responsibility for the mistake we could’ve left it at that but you did not. We paid for our food and have not asked for a refund, just for you to realise that more care could be taken to ensure the order is correct. I stand by the review as it’s exactly what happened. It was a really disappointing experience all round! Your replies just make it worse! This was not a great experience! Sadly we ordered takeaway, there was a misunderstanding with the order which left us paying $100 for food that wasn’t appetising, in fact I ate one and couldn’t eat any more. The rice was tasteless and oily and the noodles were really oily. We waited over 30mins for the order. Ordered for take away and they stuffed up our order. We wanted 4x momo’s, they gave us 4 servings of 4x momos. The fried rice was tasteless and the chicken noodles were good but oily. This cost $100 to our shock! Sad to give this review as had high hopes but this was not a great experience.

We were very clear that we wanted 4 momos, 2 each, 1-2, not servings, we said there were only 2 of us when we ordered!! Those Hotenty were disgusting (we only got them as you had no vege momos) and one of the worst things I’ve ever eaten. We have so many and that was such a waste of money. You had the chance in your reply to apologise for messing up our order and for making us wait over 30mins. Then charging $100 for inedible food! I don’t usually write reviews online, but I had the worst experience here compared to all the Bhutanese restaurants I’ve visited in Perth. From customer service to the food, there was absolutely no value for the money spent.

The man at the counter was extremely rude, behaving as if we were dining there for free. He didn’t bring our drinks after we ordered, and when we went back to follow up, he still didn’t take our order properly. The whiskey we ordered tasted more like juice, with hardly any strength at all.
