Yes we did order the chowmmein and the rice again stating it was for two people. The food wasnât to our tastes, thatâs fair enough but we did NOT order 4 servings of the dumpling things, we said we wanted to have two dumplings each, thatâs all! This was your mistake! Had you just taken some responsibility for the mistake we couldâve left it at that but you did not. We paid for our food and have not asked for a refund, just for you to realise that more care could be taken to ensure the order is correct. I stand by the review as itâs exactly what happened. It was a really disappointing experience all round! Your replies just make it worse! This was not a great experience! The man at the counter was extremely rude, behaving as if we were dining there for free. He didnât bring our drinks after we ordered, and when we went back to follow up, he still didnât take our order properly. The whiskey we ordered tasted more like juice, with hardly any strength at all.
