U might be mistaking me for someone else but in either case, by not apologising and not taking a customer's feedback seriously, you are simply proving my point earlier that this place is Overrated and staff is Arrogant and Rude. Remember, if your business has gone up, it can also go down if you don't respect and trust customer's feedback. You may disagree with some things, but you cant deny my experience and right to express my views. It may not matter today losing one customer, but it can be a beginning. I wish you well.
