I usually never write reviews, however after my experience today I felt obligated to.

Service was incredibly slow and inefficient. I waited over 30 minutes for a coffee, only to go up and ask again where they had lost my order.

Once the coffee had been brought to me it was lukewarm much like the food served here.

The food was average once it finally arrived after an hour of waiting. My partners meal was half warm half cold. The meal described was not what was served.

Tables weren't being properly cleaned in between customers.

Many other patrons at the time were getting frustrated and some requesting refunds due to their orders being forgotten too. Plenty of staff on at the time too.

All up we had to wait about an hour for food to come out and 30 minutes for a drink to arrive.

My partner suggested we pay M&A a visit whilst staying in the local area. They were a little busy on arrival however thankfully we managed to secure a table out front. Went inside and notified staff of our arrival, they gave us menus and we went through the options.

Ordering was a straight forward process and pricing was fairly reasonable. Sitting out in the sunshine during a glorious day is what we café for, this venue did not disappoint. We received generous amounts of food for the dishes we ordered, one could almost say the portions were too much!

Staff were friendly and accomodating given the busy working environment, well...

Service can be a bit slow here, meal not served in reasonable time, ate here last year on a Saturday morning, toasted sandwich served lukewarm, serving at front counter bit slow , got coffee order wrong and coffee not hot , just warm; not been back for a while due to that reason ! Owners not always on scene I have observed on Saturday mornings , young teenagers seem to be in charge at front counter!
