Love the food, and the community behind it. My only issue is there seems to be a constant lack of empanadas. Excluding the opening day, the last times I've gone ended with me leaving without empandas because of a constant need to wait upwards of 30 minutes for a single one.
Good luck with your restaurant, and please do go try the food but be prepared to either way +30 minutes or leave empty handed. I'll be returning myself another day I can wait an hour.
I am not Sure how the issue could be improved beyond a system to notify people food has ran out before they make their way there.

The empanadas were absolutely delicious – my boyfriend and I tried several flavors including pino beef, corn cheese, caprese, BBQ pork, and lamb, and every single one was exquisite. You can really tell they use quality ingredients and put care into their cooking.
The service was also fantastic – super friendly and attentive, which made the visit even better.
I also got two alfajores, and they were just as incredible. My favorite was the dark chocolate one – rich, perfectly balanced, and a great way to end the meal.

The empanadas are truly authentic South American style, with perfectly baked pastry and delicious, well-seasoned fillings.
