Whisk Creamery Subiaco is a gem, perfect for a treat any day of the week, and especially handy on Sundays with late trading until 9:30pm (rare and very welcome in the Subiaco area). The location is easy to get to, with parking available along Rokeby Road and surrounding side streets, which makes the visit stress-free.

The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and patient, even during busier hours. The menu is fun, creative and accessible, with something for everyone, whether you’re after a decadent signature creation, a classic scoop, or something a little lighter. It’s also great to see some dietary options clearly marked.

The store itself is well set up and accessible, with clean indoor and outdoor seating that’s great for families, dates, or just a solo indulgence. Whisk Subiaco consistently delivers on quality, service, and that little bit of joy that only good gelato can bring. Highly recommend!

Let me just say if you don't like dark chocolate dont order the Gourmet shakes. I went there with a friend, I got the Choco coco and my friend for the Doughnutella. I will say the cream on top and the presentation is awesome but once you eat that the actual shake itself was pretty horrible. Its got a very bitter chocolate taste now while i can kind of see why for the choco coco but the doughnutella i would have expected to be quite simply a nutella flavored milkshake but it wasn't. it wasn't as tasty and sweet as nutella is it was also a very bitter and strong flavored milkshake for ~$15 each milkshake it is 100% not worth it when neither of us could drink the actual shakes as they were way too bitter. so if you don't like bitter chocolate flavors stay away from the doughnutella and...

Went to the Subiaco store today and was extremely disappointed. We drove 40 minutes based off the pictures advertised on the menu and the great comments on their social media but were extremely upset with what we received.

We got two shakes - a brownie one and a caramel one watching the lady make it she didn’t measure anything so we ended up with a milkshake that was extremely watery and then she didn’t use tongs or gloves when dealing with the food and to top it off she put the whip cream on top of the closed lid. We ended up leaving with a horrible milkshake that was sticky all over the cup from the cream melting…
