Very disappointing experience!

Promised a non dairy pizza, given dairy cheese in the topping. Had we not checked before we left the store, we could have been sick!

When we pointed out that we had ordered the vegan option from their menu the girl who served us was apologetic and they made us another.

While this was happening, the man who was preparing the toppings gave us such a nasty, unfriendly look. Not a very nice or welcoming way to treat customers. We were nothing but polite, but were upset that they had given us dairy products on a vegan option that they offered on their menu.

The initial wait to pick up our order was twenty minutes, they had the replacement in a box and presented to us in half that time. We ordered the mushroom pizza. When we got it home. (a five minute walk away), the pizza was almost cold, there was far less mushroom topping as in hardly any mushrooms on the pizza, than the first one they offered us and it hadn’t been cooked properly. It was sloppy and unappetising.

Very disappointing for not a cheap pizza.

Do not offer vegan options if you are not prepared to ensure they are vegan toppings included.

The rather unfriendly attitude and nasty looks from the young man behind the counter did not make us feel comfortable or welcome at all.

All in all a rather disappointing experience and a very ordinary pizza. A complete...

Horrible experience. My partner and I came in to eat tonight and was told it was fully booked with only outdoor seating available, which was fine, however it was cold and drizzling. 20 minutes later we watched the waitress and waiter tell two other parties, that were seated outside after us, that there was an indoor table available and if they would like to go inside. As we had been visibly uncomfortable with the rain and then seeing right in front of us other tables getting asked if they would like to go inside we flagged down the waitress and asked her why the other parties were asked to go inside before us, since it made us feel very unwelcome, her response was quite literally "I don't have an excuse." We were in shock, but had already been waiting 20 minutes so we were hoping to get our food shortly and get out of there. 5 or so minutes later the waiter came up and told us an inside table was available. We went inside and shortly after got our food, which was bland, but that didn't really matter. We were asked by the waitress if we wanted anything for free, which is clearly an awkward thing to ask someone, we should have received a discount or something without being asked. We declined, paid and got out of there. Will...

The thing about this place is that it either “delivers” and you are left feeling WOW’D, or it fails to deliver and you remember your experience when it was good, and so you left feeling sad…. Sometimes the food is phenomenal and sometimes it really is just average. Usually we get the mushroom trio pizza and when they load it with plenty of toppings we are happy, but when they don’t and we get a very stingy looking serve, we think - if I come out of my house to eat, it’s because I want to pay for something worth eating, otherwise I can cook well at home. Sometimes the pasta servings are luxurious and big, and other times they are small. So please always be good like we have experienced from you so many times. Everything else is great… friendly staff…. Nice vibe…. Outdoor tables are a bit wobbly and sometimes they sandwich you in between other guests, and they should provide heating to all guests on a cold night (not just to those who “book it”)… but seriously on a good night this is perhaps one of my favourite restaurants in Perth, certainly my...

Sorry to see the (once) best pizza place in WA has gone so far downhill! The pizza delivered to my table was soggy on the bottom and barely warm, even though the place was totally empty. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, borderline rude. One person said sit anywhere but later the waiter told me to move (only he had no suggestion of where I could move to, which left me standing awkwardly in the restaurant while they all shouted ‘no not there’ - I was so uncomfortable, I offered to have it takeaway). Because the food was terrible when it arrived, I paid and left without finishing. I called the Manager the next day to ask if they wanted verbal feedback. They said ‘no, send an email’ and hung up. (What is their email?) I have not left an online review before. This place has been my special treat for myself or my guests for decades… addio Delisio. Rest in peace. Thanks for the memories.

Had to think of all the pizza places in Perth that I’ve been to and this is the new favourite. Surprisingly good potato on pizza, and some other flavours that you won’t usually expect like blue cheese on pizza. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the selection, including the ones that were sold out when I arrived for the later half of lunchtime. Edit: returned again (probably my 15th time here today) for more “carbonara on a pizza” which is what I call their potato and bacon pizza with a big dash of black pepper. Try it and thank me later. Special mention to the other favourites including pulled pork + caramelised onion, and mushroom + feta. Pizza by the slice is an awesome way to have a bit of everything each for lunch. Oh and definitely dine in as they reheat the pizza for the additional crunch, and pair with the beers on tap for a delicious and quick lunch.

Orders: Alfredo pasta - 3/5 🔥 Pizza of the day (cream base) - 2.5/5 🔥 Quality of ingredients - 2.5/5 🔥 - good ingredients used, bit dry on the chicken used in alfredo. Mastery of flavor - 3/5 🔥 - not so creamy alfredo, just the right amount of creaminess. Pizza is okay, not so much wow factor. Ambience - 1.0/5 🔥 - quite a busy friday afternoon, table we were in is extremely small. Staff had to give a stool for the pizza to fit. Table does not even fit the pizza order much less the pasta order. Staff Congeniality - 3/5 🔥 - staff were friendly and accommodating. Value for money - 3.5/5 🔥 - price is good for the amount of food and taste.
