The girl on the till was terrible. Rudely yelled out to the costumer before us as they didn’t specify what size drink. Then I realised the milk in my coffee was not what I ordered. I need a certain milk due to dietary requirements and after two sips I identified it was wrong… this could have ended terribly. I simply asked for a remake. The barista was happy to do so. The blonde girl at the till called me over for the new coffee and as I walked away she remarked “there you go it’ll taste the exact same”. It was definitely the wrong milk, and now my face has a small reaction, imagine if I had the whole coffee! Nonetheless the remarks were not needed. Terrible terrible attitude. Wow happy Easter….

Edit* reply to the owner: I understand as a hospitality worker myself things can definitely get busy and stressful, however I do not see it as an excuse for rude remarks towards customers. Your sacrifice is Nobel to say the least however if basic manners are also forgone in the process I think I speak for everyone when I say, next time...

Such a cool name. The Frogs kitchen. Not typically "cafe" like but that's what drew me to visit for my Saturday breakfast. Great welcoming service as soon as I walked in the door. I was invited to take a seat and pop up to the counter when I was ready to order. The menu was easy to read which made my choice quick and easy. The "not too big breakfast" caught my eye immediately because.......halloumi!! 😋

My hot drink was delivered quickly and I was offered tap water also. Bonus! Plus, it was fridge cold water. Double bonus!! My plate of food came just as quick. It looked amazing and it tasted amazing. That bread was so lite. The young girl then brought over napkins and salt and pepper grinder. Such thoughtful service!!

Thankyou to the sweet staff. I witnessed such lovely, kind hearted service to everyone dining in today. Keep doing that!
