Mediocre Experience, Needs Improvement

I recently visited Breadtop Haymarket and wanted to share my honest feedback about my experience. While I found some aspects to be satisfactory, there were a few areas that left me disappointed.

Firstly, I must commend the bakery for their delicious bread. The taste was exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of options available. It's clear that they prioritize the quality of their baked goods, and that is definitely worth mentioning.

On the other hand, I found the coffee to be rather average. It didn't stand out in any particular way, and it lacked the wow factor I was hoping for. It's always a shame when a place excels in one area but falls short in another.

Moreover, I must address the issue of customer service. Unfortunately, I had a negative encounter with one of the sellers. Their unfriendly demeanor and what seemed to be an unwelcoming attitude left a sour taste in my mouth. As a customer, I believe it's crucial to be treated with respect and kindness, regardless of the circumstances. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior.

Lastly, I was taken aback by the condition of the table area near the front door. The overpowering smell of urine was extremely off-putting and made it unpleasant for anyone wishing to dine in. Maintaining cleanliness and providing a pleasant atmosphere for customers should be a priority for any...

I come to this shop every other week but sometimes they sell burnt stuff (especially cheese stick) and some of the sales assistants do not seem to have b…… (sorry to be harsh). They put wet bread (with barbecue sauce) and dry bread together and today this girl put the pork schnitzel bun and cheese bread together in the same bag and when I asked to put them in the separate bags (I did say it was because I didn’t want my cheese stick to be wet) she took out the pork schnitzel and put that into the new bag and left the cheese stick in the wet bag …. and my cheese stick got very wet with the sauce. The same thing happened in the one in Town Hall shop as well. I understand the plastic bags are not good for the environment but I still don’t want my cheese stick...

Finding a spot that balances affordability with quality affordability and taste can be challenging, especially in a bustling area near UTS. However, Breadtop effortlessly rises to the challenge, becoming a staple for anyone seeking delicious and filling options without breaking the bank. Each visit to Breadtop is a small adventure of its own. The variety of baked goods on offer is impressive, ranging from savory delights to sweet treats, ensuring there's something for every plate. What has consistently amazed me, though, is how Breadtop manages to offer such high-quality items at prices that are incredibly student-friendly. It's a haven for anyone looking for a quick bite that is both satisfying and light on the wallet.

I went to get an iced green tea latte with my boyfriend and it was $7.50 which was normal but then when we took a sip of the drink, it was quite literally just milk with a tiny spoon of green tea powder. We went back to ask them to add more green tea cause we're not paying $7.50 for just milk and the cashier did add more powder but that was literally it. There was very little change to the drink and this is just 99% milk and 1% green tea. Wouldnt come back here again cause this place is a rip off.
