I recently visited Breadtop Haymarket and wanted to share my honest feedback about my experience. While I found some aspects to be satisfactory, there were a few areas that left me disappointed.
Firstly, I must commend the bakery for their delicious bread. The taste was exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of options available. It's clear that they prioritize the quality of their baked goods, and that is definitely worth mentioning.
On the other hand, I found the coffee to be rather average. It didn't stand out in any particular way, and it lacked the wow factor I was hoping for. It's always a shame when a place excels in one area but falls short in another.
Moreover, I must address the issue of customer service. Unfortunately, I had a negative encounter with one of the sellers. Their unfriendly demeanor and what seemed to be an unwelcoming attitude left a sour taste in my mouth. As a customer, I believe it's crucial to be treated with respect and kindness, regardless of the circumstances. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior.
Lastly, I was taken aback by the condition of the table area near the front door. The overpowering smell of urine was extremely off-putting and made it unpleasant for anyone wishing to dine in. Maintaining cleanliness and providing a pleasant atmosphere for customers should be a priority for any...

The same thing happened in the one in Town Hall shop as well. I understand the plastic bags are not good for the environment but I still don’t want my cheese stick...
