First of all the eftpos machines at the kiosks were not working so we had to go ahead and order at the counter, whilst waiting 7 minutes to be served the staff put my order through wrong. One of the meals was a chicken burrito but the staff member said they were out of chicken and asked me to substitute it, however I did not appreciate the other options as I do not prefer those items, I still chose beef as there really was no other option. THE WAIT WAS ASTRONOMICAL, and shortly after I was served my food another customer was handed an item with chicken in it, quite frankly ridiculous and I felt I had been lied to. Food was soggy, lacked filling, and had lots of soggy lettuce to make up for the lack of filling. Food was in fact SOGGIER than a paper straw that has been used. Change of gloves was appreciated, good use of hygiene, if only they valued the taste and quality of the food as much as they care about glove changing. Do not eat here, simply a long wait for some soggy feeling, day old tasting slodge. Customer service was lovely tho thanks for being nice but STILL DOES NOT MAKE UP FOR THE FOOD. Edit: it is now 11pm and I am certain I have food poisoning, so much for hygiene. My stomach is veryyy upset and I didn’t think that my night would end in frequent toilet trips. HIGHLYY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE TO EAT!

The seating areas are filthy, filthy, filthy. My friend and I had to wipe down our own table, twice, with hand sanitizer and napkins just to remove the tacky surface. The wait time was +5 minutes, which in fast food time is close to a few hours. Although to be fair it was the lunchtime rush. While there is an ordering counter at the front every customer used the self-service screens to place their order, giving the staff the time to work on meal prep. The food was how I imagined an American take on a Mexican fast food restaurant. While it was prepared to their standard of quality, it lacked flavour and seasoning. Most of my chips were under cooked. One thing I did like was the strength of their fizzy drink, which was self-serviced. Their syrup was in far greater proportions to the ratio of carbonated soda (by regular fast food standards). I like a strong Pepsi! Would I go back? Yes, merely to try something different in their range. If I want decent Mexican fast food I'd go to Guzman y Gomez, or even Mad Mex.

Waited like 30 minutes for my food, only to find out my order didn’t even go through their system—and it wasn’t even my fault. Spoke to one of the staff, and they said the money was not deducted from my bank, which is why the order wasn’t in the system. I was like, “Huh? Really?” I showed him the bank transaction showing the money was deducted, but then he goes, “Oh, it’s pending—that’s why it didn’t go to the kitchen.” I was like… what? Every store has pending transactions on the first time purchase , that’s completely normal. Still not my fault. All I wanted was my food after waiting so long and wasting a parking ticket too. First time trying Taco Bell, and honestly, worst customer service ever. And the best part? I didn’t even get to try the food 😔 Their solution? “Just come back if the money actually gets deducted.” Like bro, it’s clearly been deducted—even if it’s pending. That’s how banks work. So yeah, I walked out with an empty stomach ’cause my parking time was up and I had to go. What a joke.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Taco Bell, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine enthusiasm for serving customers. However, what truly made my visit memorable was the outstanding service provided by a young employee named James Dio.

James Dio's dedication to customer satisfaction was evident from the start. Not only was he incredibly friendly and approachable, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that my order was perfect. He patiently listened to my preferences and made personalized recommendations that enhanced my meal. His attention to detail and passion for his work truly shone through in every interaction.

Beyond his exceptional customer service skills, James demonstrated impressive efficiency and professionalism throughout my visit. Despite a busy rush hour, he remained calm under pressure and efficiently managed multiple tasks simultaneously. His ability to maintain a positive attitude and deliver prompt service to every customer was truly commendable.

In addition to his exemplary service, James Dio's genuine passion for Taco Bell and its offerings was contagious. He eagerly shared his favorite menu items and even provided insider tips on customizing orders to perfection. His enthusiasm and knowledge not only enhanced my dining experience but also left me eager to return to Taco Bell again soon.

Overall, my visit to Taco Bell was nothing short of fantastic, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by James Dio. His professionalism, friendliness, and passion for his work set a standard of excellence that truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend visiting this Taco Bell location and experiencing James Dio's exceptional service firsthand. He is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the team and deserves recognition for his outstanding...

My review of Taco Bell™️: When I walked in, it seemed like a very alien environment, the entire restaurant was empty and there was one emotionless cashier at the counter. I asked for the Breakfast Crunchwrap™️ Combo and then he said "Ok sir, which one? Bacon, Sausage, Steak?" Then I replied saying I wanted the bacon one, he then confirmed the order and then pulled out a plastic cup. I did not know what to do when he pulled that out, so I was standing there for 30 seconds, until I realized that I need to take that cup and fill it up with the drink of my choice. I didn't see a beverage machine anywhere nearby, so I started looking around the restaurant for about a minute, then I found the beverage machine and filled the cup with the obvious prime choice, Mountain Dew™️ . I then sat at one of the tables that had the ability to hold 4 people and I received the meal of the century, the Breakfast Crunchwrap™️ . When I first bit into it, I instantly knew that this was gonna be a much more different experience than all of the other fast food restaurants. I first got the crunch of the hash brown, then I started getting some of the bacon, eggs, and cheese, along with some of the spicy sauce that they put in. It was unlike anything I've ever eaten in my entire life, and it was beautiful, I then consumed the horderves, the Cinnabon Delights™️ which were equally as good. But, I had a problem with the Crunchwrap™️ , it wasn't as big as I was hoping it would be and I wanted more, my father noticed this and offered to buy me another one, I requested that he do it politely. Then we went home and I ate the second Crunchwrap™️ , which was much spicier than the first for some reason, but still great. Overall, I would rate my experience an 8/10, I would definitely consume more food from Taco Bell™️ at...
