Cafe De Casablanca — Restaurant in Sydney

I was disappointed with my experience at this café. I ordered a mushroom toast with fried eggs (well done) for takeaway, but the staff member offered me a wrap instead, and I accepted. Unfortunately, the order was not prepared as requested. The eggs were runny, and when I asked if they could be cooked more, the staff member made an unpleasant face, which felt unprofessional.

In addition, instead of fried eggs, my wrap came with scrambled eggs, which I never asked for. I didn’t enjoy it and ended up not eating the wrap.

I also ordered an almond hot chocolate, but it was served extremely hot — so hot that I couldn’t drink it, even after waiting a long time.

In the end, I couldn’t eat the food or drink the coffee. Overall, the service was unfriendly, the food was not prepared as ordered, and the experience was disappointing. I wouldn’t...

My husband and I are regulars here for coffee. They have some of the consistently best coffee around town hall and it's reasonably priced. Today I had a brownie there for the first time and it is one of the best I have ever had! It was so good that I forgot to take a picture before it was too late. Maybe next time. The staff here are lovely and very good at what they do. It's a small place and possibly not very well known, but it is definitely worth visiting for their perfect coffee. First off the customer service we received was excellent - with the cashier constantly smiling and laughing creating a positive and happy atmosphere. Secondly the food we ordered was amazing. It was prepared and delivered in a timely manner, meaning I didn’t have to wait a long time to eat. The food was fresh and just what we needed after a long day of walking and exploring the city. This cafe does both take away and dine in, but for those wanting something quick and on the go that is also affordable I recommend “Cafe de...
