UPDATE: Still haven’t received a refund or even a bag of beans which I have said would be an easy fix if they wanted. I constantly am sending them text messages and they were reassuring me it would be done asap but now they just ignore my messages. Friends have ordered and received beans within a week yet they won’t refund me or send me my order despite being a loyal customer for years??

I don’t know why they are being so rude when all I ask is for some common decency and my item that I paid too dollar for..

Do not buy online! They take your money and then don’t deliver your coffee.

After complaining in person in store, I received a text message tonight from another staff member saying that they are having staff issues so aren't roasting beans, but if I wait another 2 weeks I may get them after that. No guarantee. Terrible business practice from what once was a good business model with good coffee.

Thankfully Australia has many great coffee roasters so I will be going elsewhere...

Most recent update - A business full of arrogance, the Manager/Owner confronted me for leaving a bad review, he says unfortunately he did not like my review and said that was my last coffee at his store. Unfortunately, I saw another good business with a worst businessman, who would confront the customers rather coaching their staff on being more customer friendly. Not visiting this store again even if they offer free coffee to the world.

Unfortunately, I visited this store since the covid lockdown was opened and helped a local business by buying from them almost every day. If you can't stand a negative review, you can never grow. Good luck with your rude behaviour.

Old review- It definitely serves one of the best coffees around the area, but just to push bagels to their customers, they increased prices of everything else. That's not good business. You can't force a customer to eat something based on your business. A coffee and a toastie will cost...
