Tucked away just off Strathfield Centre, this bright and charming cafĂŠ is a hidden gem. With its light, airy, and impeccably clean interior, it offers a welcoming space for a relaxed meal. Service is friendly, efficient, and attentive, making for an enjoyable dining experience.
The menu features classic Western cafĂŠ dishes with an Asian twist, offering unique and flavorful options. Coffee is brewed with Tobyâs Estate beans and comes with a complimentary biscottiâa thoughtful touch.
Standout Dishes ⢠Mala Pasta â Cooked al dente and beautifully seasoned, this dish had the perfect balance of spice and sauciness. I first discovered it after experiencing food envy when my friend ordered the Mala Risotto on my initial visit, and I wasnât disappointed when I returned to try it for myself. ⢠Burger â My husband thoroughly enjoyed it, finding it flavorful and satisfying. ⢠Strawberry Matcha Drink â Visually appealing and refreshing, though a bit on the sweeter side for my taste.
This cafĂŠ is an absolute gem, and Iâm so glad we found it. Iâll definitely be...
Read moreA cute cafe tucked away in the hidden streets of Strathfield. Brightly lit, great place to catch up or study. We ordered drinks and the injeolmi bingsu. Personally, I enjoyed the bingsu but it is quite plain as the ice is just milk flavoured with injeolmi sprinkled around but I appreciate the effort in terms of them trying to distribute injeolmi flavour throughout layers of the bingsu. Quite pricey for bingsu but it is a generous serving. Also comes with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, red bean and rice cakes. The coffee frappe was great but the strawberry matcha I unfortunately liked a little less so - it's a bad sign when the syrup/flavouring is coated against the cup rather than mixed in, I really don't understand why cafes do that. Perhaps for aesthetic appeal but most people care more about taste. So the matcha was very weak because most of it was stuck on the cup and it was very difficult trying to mix it. Please consider whisking or just pouring the syrup in rather than coating the...

Grita is a nicely located cafe in what seems to be a back alley way but is in fact a narrow street. With its cozy balcony situated above from street view that allows pets to look around, you begin to feel the invitation from the owners to come in and take a taste.
I quite enjoyed the quality of coffee âď¸ provided by the owners and didnât have time to sit down and eat. I order a piccolo and small cap which were both delicious!
The cafe has nice music that is soft enough in volume you can focus on work if you want to work inside the cafe. It also seems to provide a good spot for that âteam catch upâ if you are working in the nearby buildings.
Give Grita a go whenever you are in the area, itâs a spot I have saved in my maps but wonât go out of my way to have a coffee at.
Definitely did a great job hosting me and would recommend as a solid option to chill out every now and...
