My family and I decided to try this local cafe as we had walked past a few times, thought the menu looked good and the staff were always asking us if we'd like a seat. We finally tried it today and found the food good, but service was severely lack lustre.

To be on the safe side, I booked a table online for the 4 of us to make sure that we had one when we arrived. A walk-in group of 3 arrived just before we did and the waiter ushered them to the next available table. I then informed the waiter that I had made a booking for 4 and gave my name. Waiter informs me that I had to wait - he then proceeds to provide the group that arrived before us with menus and takes their coffee orders. As the waiter walks past again, I flagged that we had a reservation for four. He says he has something else to do - and proceeds to clean a table, leaving us waiting. As he walks past, I flag (again, third try and I am patient) that we had a booking for 4. Waiter says, hang on a sec - turns his head around to look for something else to do and decides to take food orders for another table - anything other than attending to us, basically.

Another kind attendant came by and pulled a couple of tables together for us to be seated. He comments to me that they are very busy today. I commented that it was the reason why I booked a table, but I've noticed that they've seated walk-ins right away and they haven't actually kept any tables available for reservations. His comment to me was, "hmm". (???)

So, we finally got seated. By now, I've realised that the group in front of us have received their coffees. We still haven't received menus. I asked my husband to head in to request for someone to bring us some menus. That took about 20 minutes from the time we got seated.

Another long wait for our orders to be taken. By now, I realise that the table right in front of us (who walked in and didn't have a reservation like we did) were already onto their brunch. We were still waiting for someone to take our order. We had to send someone in again to request for orders to be taken. We order our brunch and three cups of oat cappuccino for the table. The waiter repeats our order and he appeared to have taken them down correctly.

Another 30 minutes have passed by now - the group in front of us have finished and departed about 15 minutes earlier. Ironically, staff are asking passersby if they'd like to try the cafe. They were struggling with the ones they had seated. Still no coffees and no food. Another reminder was given. Our orders arrived and we were informed that the order only included one cup of oat cappuccino.

Staff were lovely and food was delicious - but I think much needs to be improved in terms of...

OMGGGGOSH! the main thing that got me to cozy cups was looking at the menu. I have never ever found a place that has every single favourite food of mine, until I found cozy cups. So I’m finding myself picking something different each time until I’ve ordered every meal. This is a first for me.. the first time I ordered on Uber eats I found myself shocked while reading the menu, as I’ve never seen all my favourite meals in one place! It’s usually a debate as to where me and hubby order because we like different food. I’ve already gotten nachos (my all time favourite), and hubby has already tried the parmigiana and also the wagyu burger, I am very excited to try the meatballs spaghetti tonight! And I want to try the salmon, and lamb cutlets next ! I really hope this place sticks around, I am yet to go in to the place in person, maybe on a lovely sunny weekend. I can recommend this place so highly! Absolutely delicious food, and they also have a...

Just wanted to express my disappointment in my recent experience here. Went to have a late breakfast. Although both my daughter and husband meals were good, I had ordered the chicken and bacon sandwich. After eating the first half I looked inside the other half and realised there was no chicken inside, very scant bacon and only lettuce and tomato. Not wishing to make a big deal I showed the cashier the other half of the sandwich (after paying - as we did not wish for any discount or refund). My disappointment is because the lady who served us started arguing that she had seen the sandwich go on the press and there was chicken inside it. When a customer gives you feedback and doesn’t wish for anything in return you need to listen and acknowledge what they are saying as usually there is no ulterior motive. I won’t be returning to this business. Very...

Service is friendly, prompt, attentive, and efficient here. The venue looks neat and clean, the decor features a colour palette that suggests cheerfulness. I ordered a small flat-white coffee, a serving of "smashed avo", and some pancakes for dessert. $39.40, dine-in. The coffee arrived first, as it usually does. It featured some nice latte art, and had a strong, yet not overpowering flavour, with minimal bitterness. The smashed avo was next, it presented well on the plate, and was of a generous portion size. All of it tasted nice and fresh, especially the smashed avocado. The pancakes looked (and tasted) good, and were provided with generous amounts of icecream, whipped cream strawberries, along with a dash of strawberry jam for an extra flavour hit. A very enjoyable lunch, recommended.

Lovely service by wait staff and kitchen staff, food was delicious, drinks refreshing. Saw review about mango sticky rice (off menu), was beautifully presented. Poke bowl was more fusion style (salmon was grilled, as opposed to raw cubes). Soup of the day (cauliflower cream) was soothing, the dressing on the accompanying salad was delicious. The chai latte was really heart warming, and the lychee mojito smoothie was more of a slushie style, but refreshing none the less. Really fresh decor too. Wonderful service, will try their Thai offerings next time. Thank you for providing such lovely service, your sweetest was noticed. ❤️

Picked 'Sharing Plate for 2'; worthy in value for money and quality in food. The main attraction for myself were the: - Crispy chicken burgers (Really crispy and the chicken was still moist) - Carb meat Arancini (Definitely can taste the flavour of the crab) The platter also included: - Bruschetta - Tempera Prawns (Prawn was soft, though batter was a bit thick) - Salt & pepper squid (Tastes really well with the lemon) - Potato Chips (Great texture, very crispy, a large quantity, probably a bit too much) Suggestion for owner: - Could it be possible to add some more salad and reduce the quantity of chips. :)
