Update 13/08/2023 Microwaved almond croissant can never be good. The smoked salmon bagle was disappointing. Bagle only looks like a bagle but lacks the texture and taste of a bagel. And warmed up smoked salmon was not a good idea. Perhaps consider toasting g the bagel separately and then put salmon later?

UPDATE 26/03/2023 On a Sundays workers often start late and tell customers to keep waiting until they set up past their 9.30 start time, then randomly serve coffee to some customers while continuing to tell others to wait 5 more minute.

Welcome Little Sparrow, the latest addition to the cafe culture in Hornsby! Little Sparrow opened today and is located right in front of MECCA store.

Picked up an almond croissant. It was fresh and crunchy covered with a thin layer of almond paste on top underneath the powder sugar. Inside had a small amount of custard (?).

The dessert and sandwich options looked pretty good. Will have to return soon to...

little sparrow is not little !! always has a big heart with their coffee with a yummy biscuit free Value for money always !!!!!!! Little sparrow needs a once a month meal deal ( bulk) too compete with other meal locations within value for money happiness thought !!!

Sandwich with coffee sparrow bird nest deal!! During non full busy times

It will not cheapen your restaurant only add more value too the menu too try another time the same product variety

Rotation sandwich variety will return the fresh taste again later !! Added sales $$$

Very popular / great quality coffee a food / caring service / but being popular needs more seating !!! Urgently !!

when groups of 5 parties at the same time having coffee friends meet at the same time !! Staff do their best too help customers !!! But During the sudden peak times ends up with people not waiting for seating an go to other coffee lounges in Westfield Hornsby !!

The slowest coffee I’ve ever had made. I waited 10+ min (I was also the only person waiting for Takeaway) and was charged $7.30 for a small soy cap.

What the actual…

This place is absolutely diabolical. Go to McDonald’s, go to Coles for a pre made coffee.. get a tub of instant coffee if you have to just do anything other than buying Coffee from this café.

Apart from being the slowest coffee service in existence, the customer service here is laughable. You’ll be ignored while team laugh and joke at the register in conversation and when served.. treated as if you’ve interrupted a conversation about life or death.

Sunday morning 8:57am and I couldn’t make this up even if I tried.. I was told “we don’t serve coffee until 9am.”
