Less than zero!
Phone order was answered by uninterested male that had less personality than a dish cloth. No “Good evening, welcome to Dominos, how may I help?” Oh no, this was was replaced by a monotone “Hello”… The voice on the other end of the phone after me having to repeat my order three times in a row finally managed to get my order right and hung up without saying goodbye..
Next problem.. When I arrived at the suggested time the monitor that displays the orders said my pizza was ready, but it wasn’t. I was told to take a seat and to wait another 5 minutes (which was fine), and so I did - right in front on the two adolescent staff members that had just asked me to wait.
I proceeded to sit down at the available bench which had an actual slice of half eaten pizza laying directly in the table and an assortment of dirty napkins for the next 10 minutes, listening to the same two front of house staff members swearing and using profanities, high fiving and hand shaking other staff members like a gang member out of the the Bronx - talking about inappropriate subject matter at a very audible volume..
I glanced over at them both every 3 - 4 minutes (while googling on my phone) hoping to see if either staff member would acknowledge me and more importantly to see if my pizza was ready - and despite direct eye contact on multiple occasions - nothing..
Finally, feeling quite frustrated I stood up, approached the counter and asked the kid that served me originally if my pizza was ready. He looked at me like I have 2 heads and said ”Umm, what did you order”? Are you kidding me?? He then starts to search on the shelf where all of the ‘ready pizza sits’ and after 45 seconds of shuffling around locates my now less than fresh pizza.
Frustrated, but still cool I remarked that it would have been nice considering I was the only customer in the store during the entire time I waited that he could have the courtesy and basic level of customer service to tell me that my food was ready rather than for me to have me chase him, and I left the store beyond disappointed, but glad to be out of the filth bound for home to feed the hungry kids that had been waiting on me.
To my absolute shock and disgust, I got home and opened the pizza boxes to discover that the pizza I been forced to wait for was burned to a crisp, with actual jet black charcoal all over it. It was inedible.. I had to tell my kids they had to wait and return to the store to be met by the same two goons standing at the counter.
To my dismay, I had to return to the store to be met by the same two goons standing at the counter. I asked them who the Manager was and waited while they both looked at each other laughing. The manager came out, asked me what my problem was and proceeded to open the pizza boxes and present him with the two charcoal pizzas and began to run him through the sequence of events that had led me back to the store.
During my explanation, the staff members in question sniggered and laughed at one another in the background. What a disgrace! What kind of a sick joke was this??
To the owner of this store - I can fully appreciate you sell cheap/affordable pizza, but both the product and service I received shoudn’t even qualify to be given away for free!!!! Absolutely positively diabolically APPALLING!!!
Whoever owns this business needs to be aware that this is the level of rubbish is being dished out to its customer and to wake up and give the good old Aussie families that spend their hard earned money and support it what they deserve when spending their hard earned on their product.

Read moreWORST experience I've ever had with any fast food place, EVER!! Placed order yesterday 5:51pm, rang up straight away as I forgot to schedule in specific time 7:00pm for delivery. Spoke to a guy and he assured me that he had changed it and pizza would arrive at 7pm. Pizza did not arrive so I gave them extra time as I understand issues can occur w/deliveries etc... ( at this stage I'm quite hungry as I scheduled a specific time for delivery cause I'd be hungry by 7pm) I called 7:30pm and then a different guy answered and told me he could see order on screen and that it would be at address in 20-30minutes, so I gave them an entire Hour, again to give them extra leaway, a girl answered (at this stage I'm ravishing-extremely hungry) only to be told- oh!! We missed your order- sorry!?????????? I was furious 3 times I rang about this order!!!! 3 times!!!! Her tone of voice suggested she couldn't care less, offered no extra compensation - she said again, oh! We'll cook it now and we will get it to you in another 20-30minutes!!!!! How would u seriously believe them!!!??????? Whilst understandably venting my frustration with the whole situation after ringing about the same order 3 times!!! She simply put phone down and I could just hear wait music. The pizzas, garlic bread and Pepsi I ordered to top it off NEVER even arrived. Had to go out and spend $34 at opportos cause every other shop was closed. How extremely inconvenient, disappointing and utterly pathetic. I still haven't received anything. I urge anyone thinking about using this store to STRONGLY reconsider. The Asian guy who used to manage it was a really nice guy and actually was on top of things and cared. Since he's gone the place has gone downhill. Last time I went in they were severely understaffed on a Friday or Saturday night. At 1 stage there was 1 guy making pizzas AND taking calls from late orders, RUNNING EVERYTHING. The place was going NUTS. Prior to this he even had uber guys helping out taking calls from orders being late cause there were NO STAFF!! Hand on heart I'll NEVER return to this place and I'll strongly urge others considering...

In addition to his outstanding service skills, Sonny maintained a clean and organised workspace, reflecting his commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality not only in customer interactions but also in the overall operations of the store.
