Garden Hotpot — Restaurant in Sydney

I recently had the pleasure of dining at "Garden Hot Pot," a Chinese restaurant that left me thoroughly impressed. Let me start by saying that the food was simply awesome! Every dish we ordered was cooked to perfection and tasted absolutely delicious. Admittedly, the menu was a bit of a challenge, as there were some items that were not translated into English, but the owner of the restaurant was kind enough to help us navigate through it. His humble and friendly demeanor made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. The customer service was top-notch, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our meal. I have to say, I was also quite impressed with how visually appealing the food was. It looked just as good as it tasted! The worst time-management restaurant EVER in Sydney if you are planning to order take-away from here. The owner of this restaurant doesn’t respect the time of take-out customers AT ALL. My partner ordered two dishes in stores and the owner said 20 mins waiting. It became a 70 mins super long wait standing outside on a cold windy day. A few dine-in customers in line behind her have all finished their meal and left and she has been waiting outside all the time.

We have never suffered such humiliation in our lives. Would never come back to order...

Please do visit if you don’t mind the poor time-management and the poor customer service. Kept me waiting for half an hour until I realize others who ordered way after me were enjoying their meal. No apologies whatsoever but to justify their reasons which makes obsoletely no sense. The food is just average but I can assure you the outstanding customer service can bring a smile...
