BEWARE THE UNDERWHELMING COCKTAILS AND HIDDEN SERVICE CHARGE. Despite cocktails supposedly being their specialty, you can expect your cocktails (there are only 5 to choose from) to be "martini style" in that they require no skill to prepare, have ZERO fresh ingredients and completely lack presentation. Big emphasis on martini STYLE though because none of these cocktails are a good combination of flavours. They taste like distilled train wrecks. At $25-$30 (or $27-$32 when they make the "mistake" of mischarging you) you'll try hard to justify the price by convincing yourself you've got a delicately crafted array of subtle and refined flavours in your glass, but honestly it's just the liquid form of The Emperor's New Clothes. Nobody wants to be seen as uncouth by pointing out the scam: there's nothing special about these cocktails. They're a couple poorly selected liquids mixed together by an unskilled bartender. After your ordeal expect there to be a mistake or two on your bill, plus a gratuity and service charge which is not on their website when you make a booking nor, as far as I could see, on their menu. My recommendation is to give this place a wide berth and head to nearby Stitch, Burrow Bar or Blu...

Recently I’ve been into bar hopping and my friend who works as a bartender here invited me to come over and check out J&M bars margarita special priced at $18 during the month of May ‼️ We had a few rounds of cocktails and shots which we paired up with a charcuterie board as we were feeling quite peckish and needed a chaser to prevent us from getting flushed too early on. The vibes of this place was great even though it was a bit loud but that’s how most bars are. The bartenders are quite skilled in the sense that they can curate any drink according to your preference on the spot and even did a little shaking show for us which was pretty fun to watch.
