Located inside the Coles shopping centre in Pyrmont. It offers plenty of seating inside the restaurant or outside in the designated centre food court. The centre is small with only a few eateries and the area is always kept clean and tidy. My goto dish is the Chicken Pad Thai, which always delivers. One of the best Chicken Pad Thai I've eaten. This is highly recommended great taste, large serving size and amazing value for $11.90. We also ordered the Duck Pad See Ew which was good. However, slightly over seasoned, so a bit on the salty side. Thai milk tea is a nice addition to any meal, this is my favourite drink. It is a sweeter drink, so great for anyone who has a sweet tooth. The restaurant is also doing a loyalty card promotion whereby you earn a stamp for each $10 you spend. Get 5 stamps to receive a free can of soft drink. We have always had a positive experience with fast service, consistent flavours, and great value for money. So a perfect place to try when you're next in Pyrmont.

Usually so, so, so good. The fault must be mine first ordering something different. we come here a couple of times every week for lunch or dinner. fast , fresh, fabulous - but today, Saturday lunch, it was a different F word. I looked at the pictures and ordered Satay Sauce Noodles with veges and tofu. came out. noodles, vegies and tofu all there. but no satay sauce and didn’t even taste peanuts. Innocently assumed a mix up in the kitchen. Nope. apparently the satay sauce is cooked in it. but surely you could give me some so it looks like the picture. nope. $3 extra. but that is silly I say - why can’t it just look like the picture. nope AND WAIT FOR IT…. the picture is JUST AN EXAMPLE!!!. Your honour - I rest my case. (and yes I asked to speak to the boss - of course- not here on weekends. see exhibit A - what I ordered and Exhibit B - what I Got. sad.

ordered green curry chicken takeaway . I was so shocked to see they packed curry together with rice! the rice obviously became super soggy when I reached my room which is only 5 mins away! it's common sense to pack soupy dish and dry dish ( like rice) separately. if they wanted to cut cost then the staff could have ask the customer if they want to add a bit for the extra packing !! it was like eating green curry porridge 🤮 , I had a few bites and had to stop, what a waste of money , food and effort just becos the brainless way of packing! jumbo thai u saved a rice box but u lost customers! is that what u want? well done if thats what u wanna achieve 👍👏

THE most ridiculous set up I've EVER SEEN. Called to make an order for collection from the online menu. Of course as I was not in the place. To be told 3 dishes were 44aud when online the highest price of a dish was 12.10???? I asked of course. To be told ohh yeah that's the wrong price. Pretty sure false advertising is illegal? Dude didn't care. Then I found out that my Green Curry that is advertised as just that online was only half a green curry and half a rice. Even though I ordered on the phone just a green curry and a veg fried rice separately. The conversation that ensued was a comedy sketch. Emotionless, cold, did not give 1 single you know what for my thoughts about how VERY wrong that is. Then when saying ok ill order it online to get that price ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO ORDER ONLINE FOR COLLECTION!!!!!!!! SOOOO BAD. JOKE SHOP. Owner was in Thailand and needs to get his arse back here and sort his mess out. Will be reporting for false advertising.

Not normally a moaning review person but this place needs a...

6th June 2022, 13.08PM I order 3(three) beef fried rice. Normally we always eat dine-in, because this corona we only can take away. Then when food containers coming, I said I don’t won’t forks, I want change to spoon cause difficult for kids to eat. Also I ask extra 1(one) more plastic spoon, incase we need it.

The old woman in the front are not happy, staring at me and with rude throw away the spoon into plastic bag. I’m shock and I said mom .. why you like that? You throw away the spoon .. I’m a loyal cust, we always coming here. But the old woman answer not happy … this is normal and then she do it again.

I feel angry and I said why you do that? But the old woman staring at me again, doesn’t care and pretending cleaning.

I’m coming to this Jumbo Thai cause my husband and my 2kids like so much. Otherwise why we have to coming here all the time???

To owners: please training your staff so they know how to learn becoming good...
