I have never met such a rude “manager” in my life. I simply asked him about the double charge on surcharge in which all he really had to do was show some compassion but instead he insisted on educating me and being rude and condescending and then preceding to talk down to me. I asked him for his name to make a complaint and he refused to give his name. I asked for a refund on the drink he hadn’t started as the service was so horrible and he gave me cash instead of refunding back to my card. He invited me to leave and I decided to finish my drink with my family. He went up to security to have me removed and they decided to not get involved. Says a lot. You deserve to work in a basement alone. You are horrible and lucky we weren’t in a ring bub x No wonder this place was empty on Mother’s Day where everyone else was packed.

Visited for a Friday night dinner with the family. Booking was required as place was pretty full. We tried a range of pizzas and were all really enjoyable. Pizza’s are Napoletana style so very thin base and puffy chewy crust. Well cooked and quality ingredients although a little too much cheese for our liking. Favourite pizza was definitely the mushroom one. Was also great that they made us a vegetarian calzone which was delicious. Interior was a little sterile and attached to pub so I feel like that detracted a bit from the overall experience. Service was friendly enough but staff were a bit run off their feet so hard to get their attention. Overall a decent meal and experience and would recommend it.

Went here on a whim and couldn't have been happier. The service was on point. She made sure we were looked after including making sure we made use of happy hour. There is a kids range of meals which were great and the main meals were delicious. Beef bolgnaise, margarita pizza, side of greens with beans and broccoli. As well as creamy chicken and sun dried tomatoes, as well as a steak sandwich dairy free. Which they catered for perfectly making sure the allergy was well catered for. They also provided a great little kids size of vanilla ice. We had a lovely night here and can highly recommend it as a place for a delicious meal with a family.

Extremely disappointing! First of all ordered drinks and we were charged for drinks we didn’t order - the waitress was very abrupt & told me I had to pay for them and if I didn’t take the drinks - they would go down the sink if no one at the table would take them but I was still abruptly asked to pay for them ! I told her twice the drinks my husband had ordered were already had at the table but then she proceeded to make more drinks as well - it was a very unprofessional experience - she was not listening to what I was saying at all. I had also ordered food but unable to process this as I had to wait to see the manager so there was significant time delay & we had theatre tickets - we then paid for drinks and food - then the food we ordered didn’t arrive & they just substituted the prawn dish x2 for another without even asking us .Also our friends ordered a pizza which never arrived but another prawn dish arrived - never going back to this...

Arrived in Sydney for a couple of days and walked past this place and decided to go in for a drink. My partner ordered a long island tea and I had a beer. My girlfriend always has long island and we ordered with a friendly girl who made the cocktail. It was amazing, probably one of the best ones she's had and decided to go again the following evening ( big mistake). The long island tea arrived which could only be discribed as a glass of coke . When I asked for a little more alcohol was answered with a No. Then was told by a very unprofessional girl we don't give free alcohol. I didn't want free alcohol I just wanted to alcohol I had paid $20 for. Totally dismissed it and was very rude . Two very different experiences from one night to the other. We don't Live in Sydney but travel there regularly but will not be returning. Most expensive glass of Coke I have...
