⭐ 1 star (sadly, for this visit)
I’ve always liked coming to this KFC, and I’ve never left a 1-star review before—but I feel like this needs to be shared, not out of anger, but so it can be a learning moment.
I ordered the Hot & Crispy Boneless as usual. Everything was fine until my name was called and I went to the counter—only to find out someone else had taken my order by mistake. A staff member noticed and asked that person to return it. They did… but the packaging had already been handled.
The part that really got me was this: instead of replacing it, the staff simply handed the same order back to me. No explanation, no new box. I stood there unsure—was it touched? Was it opened? I wish I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes. Maybe it would’ve felt better not knowing… but seeing how casually it was handed back made me lose my appetite.
I didn’t complain. I didn’t cause a fuss. I just quietly took it, walked away, and chose not to eat it. Not because I was angry—but because I didn’t feel safe.
Again, I know it’s not entirely the staff’s fault. But I do hope next time, there’s more care taken in situations like this. Read moreThis company is shocking. You can really see that they have no care whatsoever about their young staff here. I came here last night and was so shocked about the lack of communication and ability to work in this environment. The short Asian boy at the front who seemed to be in charge when there was some issue ( too many in such a short amount of time because staff just want to throw things out instead of taking care with people’s food) was very aggressive. I wanted to purchase 3 pieces of thigh and he refused to do this even though another staff member did this for me another time, it was for a boxed meal. When the cashier asked him if he can do that he told me no. I explained to him I come here regularly and the last time it has been done, he yelled at me ‘WHO? WHO DID IT?’ As if I walk around writing names down of people that serve me in fast food outlets. I also purchased an upsized meal and did not receive any upsize chips, when I went back and asked I was told I did not pay for it which I did, but kept being walked away from and the place was just chaotic. Why should I have paid for something and not received the right order? Please KFC add a senior to this place, someone that can give these young kids some direction. Read moreWas on vacation with family and popped in and ordered 50 wings and 5 large fries from the kiosk. Waited about 5 minutes before I got my order which was efficient but a bit worrisome because it made me wonder how long the wings were kept in the warmer before being served to me. Sure enough it was dry. The fries were not impressive because they were not crispy but rather soft and limp. For some odd reason I was told it would be $0.60 cents per ketchup packet. Who eats fries without ketchup? I've never encountered issues at my local KFC in North America. If its a policy then ok but my goodness for the amount spent, you couldn't even give me a couple packets of ketchup. I refused to pay purely on how ridiculous it is to charge customers for condiments. I get it if they're asking for an unreasonable amount because my local fast food chains do the same and I'm all for it but to charge for condiments right off the bat? That's penny pinching your customers. Staff was quick to clean the table but I can't speak for the cleanliness of the restroom.
