Le Wrap Burwood has become one of my favorite places to grab a quick, healthy bite when I’m in the area. Every time I visit, I’m impressed not just by the food, but also by the consistently high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

The store is always spotless – from the food preparation area to the back space, everything looks well-maintained and hygienic. You can really tell that they care about keeping the place clean, which makes a big difference, especially in a busy shopping center.

The staff are another standout. They’re friendly, attentive, and work efficiently even when there’s a bit of a line. I’ve always been greeted with a smile and served promptly. They’re also great at handling special requests or dietary preferences without any hassle.

As for the food – it’s consistently fresh, flavorful, and made to order. I usually go for the grilled chicken wrap or the lamb plate, and both are packed with bold spices, crisp veggies, and tender meat. The portions are generous, and you definitely get your money’s worth.

Disappointing Experience – Quality and Service Have Dropped

I ordered a Spicy Schnitzel wrap and a Peri Peri wrap with extra chicken (paid for). While waiting, I could clearly see the food being prepared. The chef was about to add the extra chicken to my wrap, but the lady assembling it abruptly closed the wrap before he could do so. When I picked up my order and asked about it, she confidently told me the chicken had been added — which was clearly not true. It felt like I was being lied to straight to my face.

To make things worse, both wraps were poorly wrapped and leaking, which was surprising. Le Wrap used to be reliable for neatly prepared, flavorful wraps — but this experience really fell short of their usual standards. Definitely...

The selection of wraps and salads is excellent. The chips are so tasty and the serving is very generous.

I have had both the chicken and beef wraps, and also the chicken and beef salads.

The helping of both the beef or chicken and the salad is more than generous. A large meal for me.

The food is always extra fresh, and food is second to none. It's amazing to watch them cook the chicken and beef behind glass panelling.

The customer service is excellent. The people are always friendly and willing to help wherever they can.

I will be back there weekly to experience this fantastic food and really friendly service.
