Absolutely clueless staff!! I ordered a vegan burger, stood in front of the counter for pickup. I noticed some chaos in the kitchen. After a while I asked them about my order, then the lady at the counter told me that they have stopped vegan burgers so can they give me the veggie burger. (Strangely it's still available at the kiosk for ordering.) btw the veggie burger is cheaper than vegan burger. It was late so I agreed. They immediately handed me the burger and fries which were already ready. I stood there waited for the rest of my order (missing drink). I had to finally call the guy who was still running around chaotically in and out. I told him this is not my complete order, my drink is still not served. This guy was absolutely clueless and kept trying to explain about the vegan burger issue stating that they have run out of the patty today. That was a different excuse than what the lady told me earlier!! Don't know why one of them had to lie to me. They can just tell the truth. Anyway, I was over that issue already and I kept trying to tell him that I need the drink so that I can go but he was stuck with the burger issue trying to convince me for I don't know what. I finally lost my patience and bluntly told him to give me my drink right away and he says I am doing it. No dude, u were wasting everyone's time, not giving me my drink. These are the kind of staff that destroy the brand's image. Running out of stock on a weekend is very normal, handling the situation requires some maturity and experience. Read moreI ordered food at the kiosk machine, paid for it, and got the receipt. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I was told that the order did not go through because I made a mistake in the kiosk.
When I tried to explain this to the so-called manager (who was not willing to share their name, and none of the staff had name badges on them), all they said was the order did not go through, so she cannot give me the food I paid for. I have the receipt, for God's sake, and the bank statement. If the order did not go through, why did you give me the receipt???? The manager then goes on to say, "All systems in the world have issues; I can't do anything about it. Go to your bank." no apologies and no one taking the responsibilities.
If your system has issues, then fix it. If the customer makes a mistake, give a warning or reject the payment. Why make the customer suffer?

Read more08/06/2025 - The lady at the counter charged me $8 for two can drinks instead of the 2 can drinks for $5 deal. When I asked her about it, she said I could not purchase the 2 can drinks for $5 with the Whole Chicken Feed (which is what I ordered). She said it was only for the Familia Feast. However, I have ordered the 2 can drink deal at multiple Oporto stores with any other item I purchased with no problem. I also tried ordering on the Oporto app from this store with the can drink deal and the Whole Chicken Feed and there was no problem in doing so.
