I recently had the pleasure of dining at Piccolo Me in Olympic Park, and it was truly a standout experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Rachael, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcomed and valued. Her warm demeanor and attentiveness set a positive tone for the entire visit.

What impressed me even more was when the owner himself delivered our food. It was a delightful surprise and a testament to the dedication of the team at Piccolo Me. The personal touch and genuine care for our dining experience were evident throughout.

We were supposed to go to Abattoir Blues and misunderstood this cafe. All good my mistake. We ordered 2 coffees and 2 foods and coffee took more than 15mins to be served and the foods are like 25mins. We could understand as weekend morning is always busy. However, the server or owner never say anything even though they could see my face with bad emotions. That's Fine. We could understand that if the food was good. The coffee was not that great and the food was either. Coffee doesn't taste fresh. Taste weak like all the ice is already meltdown and bitter. the Baristar doesn't seem to be trained well or experienced.

For the food, we ordered a big brekkie with white sourdough bread and they just gave me hard multi-grain bread.. also there was no butter. I asked them to get the butter and they gave me a small instant cold butter pack just taken from the fridge. We also ordered well-done fry for the egg and we got poached egg😂. There were some sliced mushrooms but no vegetables like spinach or tomatoes.

Overall not happy with the service and food quality.

Came here twice and never again. The customer service here is appalling. First time we came, Purchased 3 large coffee/drinks here paid over $20 and one server was so rude and pointed and Snickered to each and gave us dirty looks about the amount of suger we took, (it was 3 each btw). We came back the next day and again purchased 3 large coffee, we went to take some suger when one of the server told us we couldn't and told us off and said not to take too much sugar. What!! are we not allowed to have a surgery coffee?? Saying we are taking too much!! Are you kidding me we paid over $7 for a drink and can't take 3pks of sugar, per drink. What an absolute...
